Well i am focussing on the things i have at the moment and not the things that i have not got - its a short term coping strategy but it is getting us through it!

Also i am keeping myself busy with adopting a new dog and doing work for a rescue etc!!!

Hello long time no post

Hello all!

I have not posted for a while, the reason is, is that we have been refused anymore treatment on NHS, they have not explained why as you can imagine, we are trying to just get on with things at the moment!

Anyway on a lighter note i thought that i would encourage my IVF friends to help ...

Clinic Live Birth Rates

I have just come across the HFEA website so i thought that i would look at my hospitals live birth rates, well i wish i had not now!!

My hospital only has a 11.8% live birth rate for fresh cycles and 7.5% live birth rate for FET??

This is really low?????? this does not inspire me for my treatment??

I had transfer on Wednesday 24th October!!

I hate this 2ww - it would be better that at the transfer they could tell straight away if it was going to work or not and they told you lol!!

have another week before my test date and it has already felt like a life time - i am normally a HPT addict ...

I have experience of this!! my partner has 2 children (arghhh teenagers) that live with us half the week and i feel that he also does not fully comprehend the struggle of IVF as he has 2 children of his own!!

I think that if you and your partner dont have any children then you go through the ...

I would not read too much into the brownish spotting as i have had this on a few of my cycles and unfortunately they were all bfn, however some people have this and they get bfp's you just can't judge it before test day!!

Beachbaby - We got to the top of the list before the 1 cycle rule came in so our Authority funded 3 fresh cycles (the FET do not count)!!

Millionth IVF Cycle - September 2007

I am starting my millionth (slight exageration) Frozen cycle on 25th September - it really worries me - we have 4 embie frozen and i think that this will be our last try!

Fingers crossed - anyone else starting at the same time?

well i have tested this morning even though my test day is not until tomorrow and it was -ve - so it looks like its a BFN for me AGAIN! as i am sure testing 1 day early wont make a difference to getting a positive / negative
