I managed to slip and fall down the last 4 stairs during the 1st Tri.
All I suffered was a very bruised bottom! My twins are now 7 weeks old

I used Champneys Mother to be Bump Cream. I started using it at about 16 weeks.
It worked well on me - although now I am disappointed that it did not smell like chocolate!
