Today, I was shocked by a friend telling me that the top doctors in IVF arena are all males. I only had one failed IVF cycle and my doc is female. So have no right to comment on that. Anyone can shed a light?

I had the 1st blood test +ve, only to find a week later the result became -ve. I lost the baby at week 5. Doctor said I had a biochemical pregnancy.

Anyone had a similar experience? Why I became "pregnant" and lost it so fast? it's really like a roller-coasting.....
