My boys were born at 34 weeks, 1 day. Twin A was head down while Twin B was breech. I planned to try a vaginal birth but Twin A's heartrate dropped suddenly and an emergency section was performed. Twin A, Xavier, was in the hospital for 11 days and his brother, Isaiah, was in for 17 days both only ...

No kidding that time flies! It is so nice to have the gang all delivered and caring for the new bundles.
We are doing well. Life with the twins is smoother than I anticipated but of course I have yet to return to work. That will shake things up a bit I am sure. Isaiah and Xavier are 8 weeks now and ...

Lucyluna, my due date buddy of 05/02 (even though my boys are 6 weeks today!) where are you? Have you delivered? I've been lurking and looking for your news!
Hope all is well and you are off somewhere holding your sweet baby!

Wow! Our baby thread is dwindling as all of them are making their appearances. Congrats to all the most recently crowned mommies!
Yes ladies, both of my boys are home. Xavier was in the hospital for 11 days and Isaiah came home on Easter Sunday after 17 days. Both boys are doing well and gaining ...

Anna, congratulations on your new baby boy! If I'd have known you were coming one day behind me, I would have held my boys in another day so not to be the first :D
Who's next? Any volunteers!
Have a great weekend,

This was my post on a new thread but wanted to ensure you all saw it!

My sisters on the "Spring Babies" thread know that I was confident that I would NOT be the first to deliver and that I was keeping these boys in until 37 weeks. Well, they had other plans....

Hello ladies! Sounds like we are all in the same boat as far as nerves go. At 33 weeks, 4 days, I too just realized that they can come at any time and I am freaking out as well. I am SO not ready. I mean, the nursery will be finished by the end of the week, I think I have everything I need for the ...

I am here girls! I was inspired by those who already left work and last Friday was my last day. Been puttering around the house trying to get ready for my third shower, which is this weekend at my house. Also trying to get the nursery in order which is very exhausting. I do about 30 minutes a day so ...

My Dr. actually told me to start taking them around 14 weeks because due to twins, I need all the calcium I can get. I take one a day in addition to 8 Tums (yuck) and plenty of ice cream to satisfy the medical need :D . You're safe!

Anna, lamaze went well. It was a good opportunity for DH to learn about all the trauma my body is going through! It was a real eye opener for him. It has been 10.5 years since I have given birth. You tend to forget the pain, the turmoil but taking this class brought it all back. How on earth am I ...

We are about 90% set on the names for our 2 boys, which are Xavier and Isaiah. Of course that is the first question everyone asks "Do you have names picked out yet?" Myself, DH and DD made a vow not to tell anyone so when people ask if we have names picked out, we always say no. In fact, I always ...
