Hi Traci

On my 3rd IVF with ICSI (first 2 being BFN) I had 6 eggs with 5 fertilising. They froze 3 straight away and kept 2 out, one made it to day 5 the other didn't so only one was transferred. I am now 37 weeks pregnant with a little girl!! :D

So hang in there!!!

I flew to India at 5 weeks and back home at 9 weeks, about 12 hour flight (To and from Australia DP works there) with both my IVF dr and ob's blessing.

They did have me wear compression stockings and take low dose aspirin as at higher risk for DVT on long haul flights.

Have you tested yet (hpt) I did one this morning 6dp5dt and got a verrrryy faint second line. Trying not to get hopes up as feel very crampy just like the last 2 (unsuccessful) times. Will try again in the morning.

Thanks for your responses!

We are very lucky in Australia in that the out of pocket expense is not very high-less then $2000 for me which included ICSI, all drugs, hospital admission for ec, transfer all scans and dr's appts etc, about 70 000 INR. We get rebates from government for most of it ...

Well its another BFN for me, AF arrived right on schedule as it did last time 14 days after pick up.

At least this time have frozen transfer option (if they survive the process!)

Am thinking of changing clinics-I just haven't clicked with my Dr as he seems so blase about it all ...
