My understanding of OPK's is that they pick up the LH surge that happens 12-36 BEFORE ovulation. A positive results indicates you are about to ov rather than you already have done.
Not sure if this will help or not, but i can't see any reason why it couldn't be done.
Like you sometimes people see me as being slightly contraversial. I'm not doing ivf, have completed my own family and am now in the process of being a traditional surrogate for my best friend who sadly is unable to conceive herself due to a hysterectomy.

My clomid is prescribed CD 5-9, what i've read indicates that the earlier the clomid the more follicles produced, later start doses would produce larger follicles but fewer of them.
My Gp said the normal for OV after clomid is normally 5-9 days after your last tablet.
Not sure how it works, but I've been taking clomid (second cycle) and have blood tests taken on CD21 (or there abouts), my GP says a level of anything over 15 is ideal on a medicated cycle but anything over 10 is demonstrative of ovulatory activity.
My last cycle the levels were 20. Which indicated ...
