Anyone had a scan at 5 weeks? I just had one yesterday (was 5 wks, 2 days.) I've never had one this early. All they could see was the sac - 6.3 mm. No yolk sac, no fetal pole, etc.

I know from lots of experience that the heartbeat's a week away, but just wondering if you had a 5 week ultrasound ...

I have certainly heard of it. It had a spurt of popularity 5-10 years ago, but it seems to have faded.

Still, it might be worth a shot. Other clinics are trying DHEA. Another approach is the Lupron flare cycle.
