OTC Sperm Tests

I'm asking this question for my best friend who like myself has no children but unlike me she has been able to conceive (miscarriage from a ex-boyfriend) Her husband refuses to get a SA. She said she's going to have him do an at home test which I've also seen. I've told her that the SA shows more ...

I understand, my DH isn't warm on adoption and it's actually caused a huge strain on our marriage. God has a plan for you. That's the only thing that keeps me hanging on. Whatever you believe in, reach out and hold on to it.

One of my coworker's sister went here a few years ago, although I don't know her exact age but she was in her late 30's. She had a little boy. Than when she wanted to get preg. again, she went back and this time had triplets. My coworker knows about my infertility so she's told me this story a few ...

For those with no insurance - tax deduction?

I just spoke to an office manager about IVF costs, this would be my 3rd attempt (hopefully last!) She mentioned that you can deduct uncovered medical expenses like this off your taxes. The last two cycles were covered under an HMO but I switched employers with no coverage.

I know my tax ...

Henrietta: where in Mexico did you inquire? I heard of people going outside of the US but haven't heard much about Mexico. I'm Mexican too and can speak Spanish, I would just be worried about success rates. My insurance does not cover IVF but will cover meds (crazy, I know!). At least I would get ...

Anyone change doctors/clinic?

I'm debating on doing a 3rd IVF early next year and possibly changing doctors. It's not that I don't like the doctor I had or his staff but I'm wondering if possibly going elsewhere will give me a better chance. I hate doing this because of medical records, etc. but I'm wondering if all doctors use ...

I'm not seeing anyone anymore, but I was at FCI in Orland Park. Both my IVF's were done at River North.

I'm looking for an accupunturist. Are you by chance doing accupunture?

If anyone, has a recommendation in the Chgoland area, please let me know.

Accupunture - how did you know where to go?

I know the best way to figure out where to go is to get referred but I have no one to ask. I've called 3 places that specialize in infertility and the last place is like half of what the other two charge.

I'm not sure how to decide where to go???
