We got a BFN on our first ...

laurie35, thanks for your reply.

I have just moved from another city. My IVF was done overthere. I am thinking about waiting 2-3 months between cycles and then starting again.

Mine were 1 blast, 1 morula (we put back 2). I will check the London Fert Clinic, thanks for the info.

laurie35, congratulations! I am very happy for you.

Can I ask you a few questions? I live in the UK as well (London). I have just had my first BFN after IVF this week. Still depressed, unfortunately. I am sure you understand how it feels. It is really hard to cope with. We have been trying for 4 ...

Does anyone know any private health insurance plans in the UK that cover IVF procedure? I know that NHS does cover a few IVF attempts. What about private plans? Thank you!

I guess we will have to see how our embryos are doing and then decide how many to transfer.

I am starting Follistim and Menopur shots today. Still a month to go before the pregnancy test...

Good luck to you.

Klor, how many embryos did you transfer last year? Were they 5-day blastocysts? I am on my first IVF cycle now. So nervous.

How many blastocysts to transfer?

I am on my first IVF cycle. My doctor is saying that if some of the embryos make it to the blastocyst stage (5 days), we might transfer just 1 blastocyst.

If you had blastocysts (5-day embryos), how many blastocysts did you transfer? Did you get a BFP? Did you get a multiple pregnancy?

Thank you!
