lynniecat, karen, brenda3, and ghost,

I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your protocols and info. I was a poor responder, and am curious as to what my doctor may suggest next. It's nice to have a little bit of an understanding of what to expect at my next consultation.

Hi Dakota,
My acupuncturist just got back from a fertility seminar last week and they told her that after conception you should still have acupuncture once a week to keep your lining healthy. I haven't seen her yet since she got back, but when I do, I'll let you know what she has to say ...

Hi everyone,
I'm also in my 2WW and have been following your messages. It's so reassuring to hear we are all in the same boat. The progesterone is also confusing the heck out of me also. I started off with a sore throat for a couple days, then came the restless leg syndrome so i couldn't fall ...

hi angram, thanks for the reply. i haven't had an ultrasound yet, but have to check in with the nurse again tomorrow, so maybe they'll suggest one. all i've had is bloodwork. Did you still go straight to the stimms, or did you have to wait another month?

Hi curly,
Isn't it all so confusing! From what i remember my doc telling me was that the purpose of the BCP was to relax your ovaries and that you should get your period so that you can generate a new fresh one for the ET. He had said a period should come three days or so after you stop the BCP.

I ...

Late period w/Lupron?

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone experienced a late period on Lupron? I started Lupron on May 20, and expected my period on the 26th, but AF still has not arrived! I'm on day 33 of my cycle, and usually i have a 26 day cycle!

The nurse said it's normal, but i'm still curious 'how normal'. My progesterone ...

Hi there,
My doc instructed me to have my day 2-3 bloodwork before i start the bcp. he said you can start the bcp up to five days after you start your period, making day one any day of the week. i think the hormones in the bcp would give false readings in your bloodwork, as they want 'natural ...
