My third beta (24 hrs after the previous one) increased to 404 from 276. My RE said he's very happy with the increase, so I feel better about it.

I had a 3dt of 2 good quality embryos. On Tuesday (14DPO), my beta was 182 and 48 hours later at 16DPO it was 276, which is about a 66% increase. My progesterone was sky high - over 100, most likely from the PIO shots.

DCDiva_ wow, 4600 sounds pretty high. I would be careful to get lots of fluids just in case. My E2 last cycle got up to 3500 and they had me take only 1/2 the trigger shot to lower the risk of OHSS. Good luck with the trigger tonight and ER on Tuesday!
