I did a 3dt my 1st IVF cycle in April...I am now 27 weeks with a baby girl! My RE felt embies do better back in the uterus, although I've read a 5dt is closer to when a natural PG would implant.
It's God's call if the embie implants or not...so whether you do a 3dt or 5dt if it's meant to be it will ...

you are supposed to call your OB if you notice any change in discharge or blood. Its better to have them check you and everything be fine than to risk not getting checked.

I had cervical stenosis also. Before starting IVF I had to have the HSG, the 1st time the radiologist tried it he couldn't get the catheter into my uterus.
