Hello everyone! Well, my appointment went very well. My baseline scan went well. My ovaries have definiely responded to the Lupron, they're resting until April 9 when I start my stimmies. My original stimmie schedule was to take one dose of Gonal F in the morning and one dose of Repronex and Gonal F in the evening. Well, on my way home from the appointment the nurse called and told me not to take the Gonal F in the evening and this decision was based on my ultrasound. So, I guess they're thinking that maybe it won't take much to stimulate me.....I don't know. So, my next appointment is April 12 just for bloodwork and April 14 I have more bloodwork, an ultrasound, and my pre-op evaluation, for the egg retrieval and transfer. My tentative ER date is April 20. My dh had to demonstrate giving me an injection in the rear. The nurse told him to insert the needle as if he were throwing a dart and he did!

It REALLY hurt and the nurse told him, " Um, a little less force next time". So, hopefully he'll get better.
Danie454: Oh my! How exciting! Please keep us informed on when you do your egg transfer! It's wonderful that you had lots of good quality eggs! I'm praying I'll have the same!
Sofia: I'm sorry to hear about the delay. I hope that you will stay with us, I think there are a couple of other May/June people on this forum. I forgot to mention that based on my HSG, they thought I had a fibroid in my uterus, but when I had my hysteroscopy done they didn't find anything. Even if they do find something it's best to get it taken care of early.
Well, everyone I am exhausted! I didn't realize how anxious I was about my appoinment today. When it was all over it was like someone slipped sleeping pills into my apple juice! I'm going to get some much needed rest!
