Don't worry too much Jackie - cramping is very normal during early stages - but I'm sure you know that. Some people actually worry that they have no symptoms at all. I guess being IVFers, we just know how precarious everything is and what can go wrong at each stage, so it is all much more stressful for us.
Well its officially
BFP for me! We had a scan today - and saw ONE little beanie (well, small black round thing)! THANK GOD! I tell you, I haven't shed any tears at all this whole frustrating time, but I cried after finding out it was just one. I had really worked myself up thinking about selective reduction.... So the other four melted away. That makes me think I made the right choice transferring 5. My RE did say that it is extremely rare that anything more than 2 embies stick, and he was right!
So we are off to a posh restaurant this evening to celebrate! Not too much eating for me, though. I had another of those horrible Pregnyl shots (apparently will have one each week for the next 3 weeks), so not a lot of room in my trousers, and, happily, it can only get worse!
I'll start worrying about all the other things tomorrow...(symptoms of m/c, no heartbeat, etc... does it ever end?)
