Hi girls,

jackie, I am so bless to be here also. I think we can be emotional here because we have the best cheerleaders here who will bring our PMA back soon. :D Thanks, i will ask so many questions :D :D
Sorry, you might already mention many times here. when will you start?
is our date close?

I found difficulty to find airplane tickets and hotel. We have a long weekend from 17th to 21st. 17th is our indepence day and 21st is moslem holiday. and also NSYNC concert in Singapore on 17th. Everybody wants to go to Singapore. :( :( I have to be in Singapore on that week. I don't want Justin Timberlake cancel my program :( :(

Yesterday, at our news. It said today in US was very hot. Almost 40 degree Celcius. Was it right? It must be very very hot for you. Also news mentioned some electricity problems in some area. I hope you are all okay.

Luv, Jemma

Good morning

Jemma I am with Aunty we can send Britney over to keep Justin busy so he wont do the concert.. That girl is crazy.. I never totally loved her music but now she is just acting like a crazy person... Anyway its probably just the jelous green monster talking because she pops out kids like a pez machine.. Thats ok that will be us soon too...

Aunty I just read your ticker and it brought it into perspective.. I can't belive how close it is getting for all of us..

I will be just baby dancing and waiting for AF.. Its a little werid because my doc is not even sure I will get an AF before my ivf in september... My dates are looking to be around mid september so Jemma I am behind you but that is good because you will get your BFP first and get us off to a great start :D

Love and hugs

Jackie n Auntie... I know Britney crazy!!! She changed her baby pamper on the mall floor. It must be very dirty!!!!
I thought Cameron Diaz had already been enough to make him very busy. So I guess Britney still in his heart :D

Jackie, I hope you get your AF soon. Don't go crazy like me while you are waiting. I did lots of yoga, aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, accu, walking, swimming when AF late. It was very frustrating. :D :D

Aunty, yeah...must be very hot for you. Many foreigners here complain about our weather, but here probably only 37 degree C. But summer is always enjoyable. Enjoy your summer. :D

I also can't believe our time it is almost close. So glad I don't have to do it alone. I really hope that we are all got BFP. :D

Talk to u soon girls... God bless in everything you do

Hi Everybody… I am back... With my 1st silly question :D

Jackie, are still reading ‘The Zita’ book?’ May be you found something about this. I talked to a friend. She was success with ICSI 6 years ago. She did also in Singapore but different clinic. She said after ET, DR was not allowed her to consume anything has soy. She could not have chocolate, ketchup, green red beans, sprouts; ginger also, vitamin E also, etc. Her clinic is the most popular for us and also the most expensive. My DR didn’t mention anything about soy. I remember another friend, she did IVF last year. BFN. She did also in Singapore, another different clinic again. When she got BFN, her friend told she was not supposed to eat those green bean porridges that she ate everyday during 2WW. Her friend said she should eat something ‘hot’. She talked about Yin and Yang. I don’t understand Yin and Yang. I am not Chinese Indonesian. You have said that Zita really recommend Accu. May be she understand Eastern philosophy. May be she knows about Yin and Yang.

The reason I am concern about it, there is an apartment I like, near to supermarket and food market (and Malls :D ). During 2WW, I can easily buy food. But if Zita said About Yin and Yang, how do I know they put something yin inside? Also another apartment, but it is so far away. But the owner had some experiences with IVF ladies. She can cook food for me based on to Yin and Yang. But I don’t like the location. I think even we are in 2WW; we still need to do some activities, like window shopping maybe?  Please Forgives me my dearest friends, I will be the most lonely and poorest tourist at that time. :D :D

Let me know if you find something in Zita about this Yin and Yang food. Thanks a lot. Take care, girls. Bye

Luv, Jemma

Jemma
Aunty is right and NO SOY... Aunty I did not know about canola oil.. Here is my thoughts the Zita book talks a lot about Eastern philosophies.. She gives loads of advice on what foods to eat and vitamins to take.. She mostly talks about what normal foods you can find the nutrients you are looking for, which is great because otherwise you could be taking 20 vitamins all day long  For me on my first IVF I took my prenatal vitamins and I took the baby asprin a day (per my doctors orders) but other than that I ate what I wanted and had only one glass of wine.. It was my birthday so I felt it was ok..My IVF did work (sadly ended) but the only thing I am going to change is drinking tons and tons of water and I have offiically quit smoking (last IVF I quit the day before the ER) The thing I try to think (like Aunty said) is I think as long as you eat food that you prepare or someone you know (as opposed to processed foods) I think you will be in a better position..

For me I am going to start to do an AF dance.. I figure worse case I will just look like a big dork  (best case I will get AF on my own) crazier things have happened right :D

I love our thread and Jemma I am so glad we can be here for you.. It must be very hard being out there on your own... You are here for us too which is amazing.. We will all be praying and hoping for one another and our BFP's....

Hello to all our lovely ladies :D :D :D

OOOOH I love your dancing guys.. Ok but maybe you should not be dancing too hard. As I said crazier things can happen and what if you were preggers I bet they may not like you dancing about
So you have to do your dancing from a sitting position :D and until AF shows or you get the BFP maybe you should only do the AF dance for me.. You dont want her coming if she does not have to :D

Aunty, most likely I will have both embies transferred. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to have twins! I am ready to get started again...I finally feel like I have bounced back from the m/c thanks to my wonderful DH and lots of prayers from family and friends. I just hope my little frosties survive the thaw! I think they will and I know they have a little angel watching over them from above!
