Hi Everybody… I am back... With my 1st silly question
Jackie, are still reading ‘The Zita’ book?’ May be you found something about this. I talked to a friend. She was success with ICSI 6 years ago. She did also in Singapore but different clinic. She said after ET, DR was not allowed her to consume anything has soy. She could not have chocolate, ketchup, green red beans, sprouts; ginger also, vitamin E also, etc. Her clinic is the most popular for us and also the most expensive. My DR didn’t mention anything about soy. I remember another friend, she did IVF last year. BFN. She did also in Singapore, another different clinic again. When she got BFN, her friend told she was not supposed to eat those green bean porridges that she ate everyday during 2WW. Her friend said she should eat something ‘hot’. She talked about Yin and Yang. I don’t understand Yin and Yang. I am not Chinese Indonesian. You have said that Zita really recommend Accu. May be she understand Eastern philosophy. May be she knows about Yin and Yang.
The reason I am concern about it, there is an apartment I like, near to supermarket and food market (and Malls

). During 2WW, I can easily buy food. But if Zita said About Yin and Yang, how do I know they put something yin inside? Also another apartment, but it is so far away. But the owner had some experiences with IVF ladies. She can cook food for me based on to Yin and Yang. But I don’t like the location. I think even we are in 2WW; we still need to do some activities, like window shopping maybe?

Please Forgives me my dearest friends, I will be the most lonely and poorest tourist at that time.
Let me know if you find something in Zita about this Yin and Yang food. Thanks a lot. Take care, girls. Bye
Luv, Jemma
