How are we all doing on our 'healthy eating plan' ur right pebbles, it does sound so much better than a boring ole diet lol.
Well, today i have been good (2 days in a row wooo hooo lol) i missed my breakfast, but munched on fruit untill dinner time, then had homemade vegtable soup (hmmmm scrumptous) 2 rounds of wholemeal bread (toasted to give it more omph! - no butter) and for tea, i had baked potato, peas and a pkt of pasta n sauce (All free foods on my diet) A yogurt and 2 tescos biscuit bar (orange flavour) = 8 syns

Hope everyone is in high spirits - the week end is comming - thats my downfall when im on a diet


My AF STILL isnt playing ball properly, the signs are there but no one is comming out to play
