Well Ladies,

How are we all doing on our 'healthy eating plan' ur right pebbles, it does sound so much better than a boring ole diet lol.

Well, today i have been good (2 days in a row wooo hooo lol) i missed my breakfast, but munched on fruit untill dinner time, then had homemade vegtable soup (hmmmm scrumptous) 2 rounds of wholemeal bread (toasted to give it more omph! - no butter) and for tea, i had baked potato, peas and a pkt of pasta n sauce (All free foods on my diet) A yogurt and 2 tescos biscuit bar (orange flavour) = 8 syns :D Im quite stuffed actually - must mean my stomach is shrinking!! (oh i wish lol).

Hope everyone is in high spirits - the week end is comming - thats my downfall when im on a diet  - opps - i mean 'healthy eating plan'

My AF STILL isnt playing ball properly, the signs are there but no one is comming out to play :x well she better shift her arse or she'll have me to see to lol

Hope ur all keeping well - speaky soon

And remember ladies:

Once past the lips, a life time on the hips!!!! LOL

Here is my food for the day.........

Breakfast was a yogurt smoothie, lunch was shrimp stirfry again and for dinner (is that what you call tea?) i had 4 chicken tenders and 3 cookies (I think that is all the syns I can have in 1 day) :D

I havent been walking the last couple day because its been too cold. BRRRR!!

I start vacation next week and have nothing planned. I think that is the best kind of vacation because I can rest and relax!!! I will use this time to really stay focused on my diet!!

Well its also been 18 days of no smoking!! :D (I always start smoking after I get a BFN and then stop during a cycle, but this time I stayed away from them and keep my body clean and healthy!! I know that my next cycle will work now!! Positive thinking right?) I can tell it is really out of my system now because the cravings are minimal.

Becky, you did great with your diet!! Keep up the great work and those lbs will be falling off!! Congrats.

Hows everyone else doing?

Remember you are what you eat!! LOL

Jackie:

Its been murder for me this weekend - all ive done is cry, i feel so down, so the diet has gone out the window, its not like ive been stuffing my face with anything and everything - just cant be bothered to look up what i can and cant eat - so i just ate with everyone else. I know i wont loose any weight this week, will try and focus and start again tomorrow - i hate feeling like this, the more i feel like a fat slob, and get upset cos notyhing fits (or if it does, its the wrong size - i dont want to be an 18!!) the worse the eating gets, and then the more i cry. Its not just the dieting thats getting to me, its other things on my mind - AF is here, hense my hormones all over the place, and every time i go to the toliet, im reminded why im here on this message board when i should be celebrating and enjoying my pregnancy

Arghhhhhhhh! Im sorry for being so down, i promise i will feel better in a few days - AF will be gone by then and i ccan start feeling normal again (have i ever been normal LOL)

Becky,

Im sorry you are feeling down. Ive been there millions of times too. :(

I know you will be better soon. I agree with all your emotions (of why we are here and not cuddling a baby... I get mad too!!)... We've been on this journey for a long time so you know that I'm here if you need to talk.

Take care,

Hugs to you,
Jackie

Girls,

I would like to join. Luckily my BMI is only 26 but I still need to loose 1.5 to 2 stone to feel better about myself. My problem too is I am top heavy and bottom light..I hate my boobs!!!! Wish I could downsize a little. Don't get me wrong they're not Jordan or Dolly Parton size by I am quite petite so having anything over a C cup looks rubbish and I am a 38DD.

Last night I was on the green tea to detox. And this morning so far just Branflakes with skimmed milk. Isn't it funny only when you diet do you spend your time feeling constantly hungry. I could eat a horse.

Hey Lisa,

Hiya, of course u can join. I wish my BMI was only 26 lol - i think im up in the 30's  i lost a stone to have my last IVF and got to just under the prefered BMI that the clinic liked me to be - but I KNOW ive put that back on.

My @@'s are a 40DD so i know how u feel about those - but the rest of me is that size too LOL, altho my legs are skinny - i cant get jeans to fit properly - i need a 16/18 for my waist, but they look ridicalous on my legs, and are really baggy on the crutch (sorry tmi lol)

Anyway welcome to our Weight Watching club - im going to weigh in later, will let u know the score lol

I have been being pretty good for the last 2 days. But I dont know if I lost because Im at my sisters house and her scale is off.

We are doing fat Flush. You drink a lot of cran water and that flushes out your system. She has lost 3 lbs in 2 days.

Last time I was on this I lost 14 lbs in 2 weeks. I love this diet and if your stick to it, its great!!

Ill let you know the score when I get home tomorrow.

Talk soon,
Jackie

Hey girls! Can I join in? I just got my BFN :( and I need to lose major weight before I attempt IVF again. I don't think it was the reason for it to fail but I need to feel healthy next time I put my body through this!! I don't know if I will start today or wait until Monday. Jackie what is this fat flush thing again? Do you eat too? or just drink? Just wondering, I'm thinking if I jumpstart it and lose a couple pounds in a couple days it will inspire me!! I usually do weight watchers so I am thinking maybe I'll go next week.

My ticker says 20 pounds but I think I should probably lose more when I reach that goal.

Good luck girls!
Jenn

Hi Jenn,

Welcome :)

I was Sorry to hear about ur BFN  I hope ur taking time out for urself, u need that.

Most of us ladies in here feel the same as you, we want to lose weight just so we can be fit and feel healthier for the next round, not because we feel it was a factor. Your a bit like me, i could do with losing more than 28lbs, but have put that as my goal, as i would drop a size or two with just 2 stone - after that, the skys the limit lol.

I cant do weight watchers, i do slimming world, i joined a local class 2 weeks ago, but have only lost 3.5lbs to date, really disapointing - but ive had a right week passed, so a bright and new day tomorrow - will start again lol.

Your ticker looks great - here's to seeing that go down as the weeks go by

The fat flush diet is a book by Ann Louise Gittleman.

You drink cran water all day and eat low fat protein (chicken, seafood ect..) and vegetables.

Let me know if you get the book. She also has a set, the book, a cookbook and a journal.

Lets all be good and I will update you tomorrow.

Great Job Becky on 3.5 lbs!! Its a great start and I know you had a tough week.

Hugs to all,
Jackie
