babyblue:
Just to avoid confusion; my name is Sophie, it's only my nickname that's Sophia.
Thanks for explaining AF to me; it seems to be quite widespread on forums! I'm really looking forward to have a little chat with her again this month! A very short chat, in fact!
Flamenco is a dance form that has its origins in Spain, but has Arabic and Jewish roots as well. Contrary to what most people think, it's not always about big fluffy multicoloured skirts and it's not always danced in couples (though the form most people think about is Sevillanas; that one is danced in couples). In flamenco, each form has its own compas (or basic rhythm) and meaning. Buleria, for example, means "joke" and is a livelier form. Alegria, which means "joy", is very joyful as well. Solea, which means "solitude" or "alone", is more meditative and dark. It's really hard to put in words. But it's a beautiful, graceful, and very challenging dance. If you want to see a good performance, go on YouTube, type "buleria", click on page 4 and check the last video on that page (it's called Festival in the Park and there's a dancer wearing a brown dress on the video image).
Thanks for your help with the Ticker; I made my own!
And last, I DO hope we'll be on the same cycle. Even if my AF (see, I'm learning!) has not paid me a visit yet, I can still estimate that I'll start the Puregon around Jan. 11th... do you have the same dates, more or less? my cycle involves Marvelon (BC pill), then Lupron, Pen-Puregon, then HcG plus ER, and then Progesterone pearls. Keep me posted sweetie.

It might not help right away, but I got this trick from a pregnant friend who had LOTS of constipation problems. She put a big handful of flax seeds in her morning cereals. She said it will not un-constipate you, but it will help you go (ahem, less pushing involved).
Cheers!
