Hi there!
Firstly, congratulations and your number sound great!
You know, I'm of the opinion that numbers are only there so we can get hung up on them!!! The numbers are only a guideline and can mean so many different things. I to was at Edinburgh (great clinic!) and my numbers were high, although not quite as high as yours, and was also told it may suggest twins. However, we had one strong healthy boy to be thankful for. With my last pregnancy, my numbers were checked after spotting and they were much, much higher in comparison - so much so they say 'come in to see what exactly is going on in there!'

Again though, there was one healthy baby.
So, you can understand how I feel about numbers

On saying that, I've heard of people who have lower numbers with twins. Go figure!!!!!
Hope all goes well with you
Zoe
