Good afternoon guys!
How are you doing? The board is as active as ever! It's so wonderful to see how present we are for each other!
Nothing new about me, except one very silly question. I've started to suffer the damages of Progesterone on my regularity (e.g., I'm constipated!) And, like many others here I'm sure, I asked myself a couple of rethorical questions while spending some alone time in a couple of different bathrooms across my day. Though I know that the answer is NO, I'd like to know why.
Have any of you guys asked a nurse or a doctor why it's impossible to expulse your embies while pushing? After all, so many women do have little "accidents" while pushing during labor. I told myself that babies get out then and not now because during labor, the cervix if fully dilated and it's obviously not the case now. But I wonder what other rationales you've heard guys.
Either way, I must have made quite a few funny faces while trying to push as embryo-friendly as possible yesterday! Whew! But at least I gained one notch on my belt: relief!
Aunty: look how superbly things are turning for you this time! Awwww it's such amazing news! I'm very happy for you sweetie! 11 embies! And so many strong and promising ones at that! Do you plan to freeze? Looks like you'll have plenty of them to do so!
Shantala: hey girlie! How are you doing? I'm glad you liked your first acupuncture apt; I reacted the same way, more or less. The needles hurt more than I imagined (which was not at all!). I wasn't able to relax because I'm so tall and the table was uncomfortable for me, but since then, phew! Now I regularly fall asleep on his table! I suspect I even snore from time to time! And the bugger lets me sleep, lol, it made me late a couple of times!

I'm so happy that your husband is home! Yaaaay! It looks like he is doing much better indeed; it must be such a relief to be rid of most of the pain! He's very sweet about your cycle; you must be happy! You'll see, it's still a long process, and one that will bring you much closer. And now he has a couple of extra excuses to have you treat him like a prince so he produces good quality swimmers. Don't forget Aunty's advice: empty the pipes every three days till the trigger morning! (bet he'll be happy to hear about that! mine was!) And about my silence; I've only been away for one day, you know!

Just didn't feel like posting. Takes me about 45 minutes to 60 when I post, so... And my embies, you know how it is. They should have implanted by now, or implant today or tomorrow... no way to know how they're doing until the 18th!

How are you reacting to the meds so far? Stable?
lara: I do hope you'll join us in the 2ww! Sending good warm waves to your embies right now! Transfer is coming!
hopeful: congratulations! Twins! That's amazing sweetie! Sure hope to be in the exact same situation soon!

Awww... I'm looking forward to see scan pics in a little while!
tcbalgord: hey dear! Hope you had that nap indeed! You're very generous to prepare his lunch, and get up early to do it in addition!
Sorry about any others that I might have missed, but it's time for me to see my next patient. I'll see you around girls, and I wish you a lovely day and evening and weekend!
Take care!
Sophie
