Ann,
I have heard of twins measuing differently. Quite a bit actually. I expect I will have one twin more advanced than the other too. even at birth there always seems to be one bigger than the other. I wouldn't worry right now. I think it's good that your clinic is going to keep you longer. Your regular OB would probably not follow up (thoroughly) on their progress at this point. Did you ask them for an US photo? They don't offer them to me, but I want to ask for one at my next US. I pray everything works out fine for you and the twins.

Welcome Kbarry!! Congrats on your blessed BFP!! Those do seem like very high #s. I had a very high beta at 15dpo (726) and I am pg w twins. My RE also had suspected twins.

Everyone does seem really helpful and supportive here! Thank you!

Thanks Mia! Also good to know, if it is twins, I won't be alone. Did your beta keep rising as such a consistent rate? I'm wondering it it levels off or if it keeps doubling every 2-3 days, even with twins.

Good morning ladies
We had our first scan yesterday and we are having ONE baby. We heard the heart beat which was great. Go back in 2 weeks for another scan. I feel better now maybe I can relax a little. Skidoo, So glad to hear that your scan went well! I cant wait for mine. I think it will help put me at ease.

Kbarry~ Congrats on your BFP!! Your numbers sound high so I am thinking twins as well!

OK ladies have a few questions for anyone who is not feeling to well. How are you coping with feeling nausous all day at work? Also, are any of you having any dizzy spells? I have been getting dizzy on and off to the point of where I need to sit down for a minute. Just checking to see if that is normal.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Erin

Erin..You will feel much better after your scan. I was so nervous going in there but it all worked out. I wish you nothing but good news with your scan. I have been feeling not so good at work as well. I dont have to be on my feet too much so that helps. Havent found anything that has really helped. The dizzy stuff is normal, just make sure you sit down when you can. We have so many changes going on in our bodies. Hang in there for your scan.

Congrats, Janine, on the scan and seeing the little one for the first time! Sounds like your mind is eased greatly.

Erin, I think we both have our first US on the same day - 2/26!

So far, no symptoms really. Sore bbs and minor cramps, but that's it. Wondering when the tiredness is going to kick in. I think I'm 20 dpo.

When did the naseau kick in for everyone? Not that I want...just wondering when I might expect it :)

kholtan - congrats on the twins and seeing them on the U/S!! Exellent news!
We are certainly thrilled to get the BFP news - as for the idea that it might be twins...it scares me a little becuase my company is closing the NJ location and I'm losing my job in 4 months :( I had 3 Day 6 embryos transferred - so the possiblity of triplets is the scariest. The Dr. said my chances of twins was about 25%, and triplets was 5%. We'll find out on Monday!! Can't wait to see the little one(s)!!!

Talk to you all soon!! Stay well everyone!

Kbarry~ We were pretty worried about triplets also! Our Dr. had said we had a 35% chance of twins and a 3% chance of triplets. But things had gone so well and we were just making such great progress that I thought for sure we'd end up with 3!!! The Dr. put in two really high grade embryos and then one that was mid range in an attempt to raise my odd without raising the chance of triplets. Boy am I glad he did that!

As far as your job, just know that you will find a way and no matter what happens you'll be able to handle it. It's scary but I do inderstand. I have my own business and won't be able to have any paid leave so we'll be missing my income all together and that's a pretty good chunk of change.
It's all about having faith!

Thanks for the WHOOHOOO's Ski-Doo! you are so right that we have such good momentum going on this board right now! Tons of babies coming our way! What a great year!!!!

kholtan - thanks for sharing your story about the embryos - we sound alike - 2 high quality and one good quality were transferred. Do you have any symptoms yet? I'm wondering if they are worse/more prominent with twins. I know you're a few week further along than me. (I think I'm due Oct 26).

Welcome Halyie and Congratulations!!! Great to see you had success with FET. I'm suprised to see SOO many people on these boards that have had success with FET after failed fresh cycles (myself included).

Karen~
I wish I could say I had some symptoms but really almost nothing. Like I said, I had one night where I felt ready to vomit but couldn't. My energy level has gone down and I do feel I need more sleep but my BB's aren't really sore or anything. I feel just like I have from the day I started progesterone. It's a little frightening to not have any symptoms but my Dr. isn't worried at all. Guess we're lucky? I'm 7 weeks today and doing good.

Welcome Hailey! It's still so hard for me to believe too. We keep saying one single word. . twins! It's amazing!!! I hope you have a great next 8 months and welcome to a bunch of October babies brewing!!!
