Colleen- no I didn't find a costume there... however, since I don't own a store they wouldn't have sold it to me anyway. So I more or less got ideas and business cards so I can look online. I'm thinking something cute and unique.... Well hopefully you had fun at Diego.... I love the Rosemont Theater (it's so nice).
Cowgirlclass - You and I are both in the same boat apparently. However, you have more guts than I do. When they told me to relax and get more rest, I just nodded and left. I don't do as much as I used to, but I guess I do go overboard. It seems so strange to be 5+ months long and not be on bed rest. With the boys I had loads of bleeding and was on bed rest for ever. This time, with the help of the heparin, I have not had any of those problems. I was free to work and care for the boys. Right now, I am still on restrictions, but I am able to move around and do things. I hope you are able to rest. Naomi needs a little more time inside!
Colleen - Ear infections are a hassle. I get them alot in the summer months and they hurt! I hope the boys are getting better too. Try to get lots of sleep, since that is when you body does the most healing. As for my headaches, they are coming almost daily, and I will be bringing it up to my OB on Mar 15th. I think it is just allergies, but I want to be safe instead of sorry.
Thook - I hope you found some nice costumes. I have not even thought about that. I usually make the boys costumes, but I will have to see how busy Makayla keeps us.
Kim - I have a recliner that I sleep in every night. This helps relieve the heartburn and also makes my back feel better. My husband is used to this since I have done this with both of the boys. He seems to like having the bed to himself! I am glad the bedding is going to work. I know what you mean about waiting for just the right one. That is why I waited to buy Makayla's bedding. I had to find the one I had in my head!
CasyP - I honestly never decorated the boys' room. With bedrest on both of those pregnancies, I was not able to do anything before the arrival. Also, the boys have never decided on a theme in the years I have asked them. I did tell them I would be decorating their room after the baby is here because I want to have all of them equal! Also, don't worry about the hormones. They are completely normal. A few months after the baby is born, you will level out. In the meantime, just don't hit DH too hard when your mad, he will understand!
We are all doing well. I have been sleeping a lot again. We still have not heard anything about DH's job. They are being really slow about annoucing the names of those going. A few people have already gotten the notice, while others are just hanging. I have finally decided that since God stepped in and helped us have the baby and we are very open and helpful people, that God will step in and make the right descision for us. Whether we get laid off or not, it will be the right thing for us. God always has our backs. I have not worked on Makayla's room since Sunday because I have been going to bed right after work. I hope this stops soon because I have classes starting next week. I will need to be awake after work for a few hours at least.
Racheal I had to chuckle out loud when I read your comment on the updates "Mom needs more rest though!" And you are right Naomi needs lots more time inside This board is just GREAT. I can't tell you how I am looking forward to getting down to the final weeks and day's with everyone, seeing the baby shower items, the finished nursuries, and the counting the last hours before delivery.
I too can't wait until we all get closer to our due dates.... this way we can all share pictures of our littles ones w/ everyone. We know them all by name (well almost all of them) that it will be so great to finally meet them.
And you could very well be the first Tasha Remember in the begining we were waiting for those HB ultra sounds? In just a few more weeks, and even though it seems far away will be here before we know it, we will be waiting to see those fetal stress tests they do as you approach and go over our due dates.
I know like the Spring babies thread doesn't really have much activity and our thread has started to dwindle as there is little to report, I hope we can keep it active for the next 10 weeks till we all start to move into that final few weeks.
Oh, Cowgirl--I do hope you are taking it easy! I'm glad to hear that things are okay with your little one...after all we went through for these babies, we'll do whatever it takes, right? I'm expecting to be put on rest eventually, I just hope it's much further down the line!
Tasha--You're already looking at Halloween costumes? Holy cow! hee hee! My poor twins will probably just have to dress up as each other!
Racheal--Good for your girl, rest rest rest! Thanks for the advice about the recliner...I might be moving to ours soon! Oh, I have dates to add to the calendar: my next ob appt is Mar. 15th and my US is Mar. 19th. Thought you'd want to know! Thanks so much for keeping that up to date, that helps me keep track of everyone!
Colleen--feel better girl!
Hope everyone else is well--are you getting as big as I am? Geez......
I have been madly busy at work and by the looks of it you have all been busy or ill!! I hope all those poorly people get well soon!! I will have a good catch up later I have a funeral in an hour so thought I would pop in quickly and see what everyone has been up to....
I have been quite sick and tired for days now, haven't got a clue what it is but I even had to shut my shop early yesterday as I couldn't stay awake... I am praying it passes, I was told to just rest for a few days, I wish!!! I am quite lucky I work in very peaceful surroundings so it is basically rest if I was at home I would be running around after my 8stone French Mastiff, so believe me this is rest!!!
I am looking for ward to my next scan on the 19th March, I have to see the Ostetrician straight after and he will decide whether I have to have a C section or whether he will opt for natural birth if possible due to the amount of scar tissue and adhesions I have from all my previous ops, I am quite lucky as he is the same man who did my IVF at the private clinic so will be good to see him again...
Well I better get a bit of work done...........
Take care all

I hope everyone is doing well. I have a lot of posts to catch up on but it seems as if everyone is moving along quickly. I can't believe how fast it has been going the last few weeks. Sorry, I am off to work and do not have too much time for personals but I promise I will catch up this weekend.
As for me, I'm still fighting a cold. It seems like as soon as I start to feel better for a few days it is back again. Work is still driving me crazy but I know that it won't last long so I am just hanging in.
On the bright side, I had an OB appointment and all seems to be fine. The Baby's heartbeat is normal, and I still get such a kick out of hearing it. I lost a few lbs this month, probably from not feeling well but since I am a little on the heavy side anyway the Dr. is not concerned. My next appointment is not until March 26th when I will have my Glucose Tollerance Test (whatever that is, I'm not quite sure).
Well, I better get to work. All my prayers and thoughts are with you all and with your little ones.
Well, we finally got the call. Motorola has let us go. DH has until March 30th. I am in shock. I haven't stopped crying even though we already know we will be okay. We have some money saved up,I can get insurance through my job and DH has some leads on new jobs. I am so very emotional. DH has been working for Motorola for 10+ years. I am just so very sad.
rachael- so sorry to hear about DH's job.... i hope that a new job is right around the corner and better then the last.. it sucks that after working there 10 years they have to let him go... i hope that he is getting some kind of compinsation.... my DH's aunt work for motorola in schaumburg and is always waiting for the notice.. we'll pray for you sweetie..
nance- hope that your cold leaves you soon... i'm hoping that mine does also GTT is a test to see if you have developed diabeties.. you have to give blood and drink a sugary drink then they draw more blood... to see how your body deals with the sugar
angellica- hope that you are getting more rest.... i'm so tired also and we actually were sleeping by 8:30 last night... i blame mine on my cold and everything else.. good luck on your scan... either way, we are looking for a healthy baby, right... take care and get some rest!!!
kim- glad that you are getting big... i too am big... but you have two little ones in there... i'm just big... oh well ... it's gettting hard to turn over in the night without having to get completely up and moving around to get back setteled down.... then just as i get comfortable i feel like i have to turn over again!! yeiks..
cowgirl- hope that you are well.... it's weird to think that we are all now this far into the pregnancy and time is flying by for me... it's hard to beleive that i have less then 3 months left!!! there is still alot to do, and we are still working on the names...
tasha- hope that you are having a good day! that was the first time that we went to the rosemont theater... it was very nice... and we had really good seats, the kids had a blast... i just wish i could have taken pictures, that was a bummer...
well, i hope that i didn't miss people ellie-wendy-casey, hope that you are all well and getting big....
Racheal- I am so sorry your husband got laid off. Hopefully you will get some type of compensation package and he is able to find a job soon. Just remember the Lord works in mysterious ways Maybe his next job will be MUCH better. I have known people that work for Motorola and they were always expecting pink slips. Housten should have lots of jobs. What does your husband do? You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. None of us need added stress at this point in our lives.
Racheal- I'm so sorry to hear about DH's job... I hope that only good will become of this. My fingers are crossed that helands a much better job.... we'll be thinking about you sweetie!
Racheal--I'm so sorry about the job loss. What does your DH actually do? Maybe we can help you network for him? Good luck with everything, and stay positive--you know how that PMA works!
Colleen--I'm with ya on the whole 'rolling over' thing! It's quite a pain, huh?
Feel better soon!
Nance--It's always good to hear from you. I'm glad your appt. went well. Any kicks yet? Mine are still few and far between...
