Hope you can chake that sick feeling Erin! Mia would probably be grateful for the 10 day away due date if they were ready! :D Can you speed mine up??? :? The list is great! Thanks for doing that!

Again, Welcome Emma! Were your HPT's a BFP? If so that's great!!! If not it still sounds like you are PG so CONGRATS!!!!!!

Hope everyone is having a great day! We are off to a Winter Resort today to meet up with about 30 of our Portland friends that come over to snowmobile and ski once a year. IT's really fun but I will miss you gals all weekend! :( Hope I come back to lots of happy growing babies!! I'll be queen of O'Douls this weekend and I'm pretty sure I'll lead the crowd in bedtime! Probably even beat their kids to bed knowing me lately!

Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Erin, thank you for taking the time to do the list for us! Looks great :) Hope you feel better!!

mominwaiting, sorry, I don't take those drugs either. Any chance your doctor could switch you to a cheaper form of progesterone? I know there are various types (injectible, couple of types of suppositories, oral pills). Just a thought...I know how shocking it can be to see the cost of some of those drugs.

Wisconsingal, try not to be too worried about the hcg level yet. Hopefully, it was a clinical error. I'll be thinking of you.

Welcome to all the new moms in our forum!! Seems like we are getting a new one each day! Great great news!

I'm still feeling relatively good. Just about to hit 6 weeks. I had mild nausea yesterday and a little this morning - not sure if you'd really even call it nausea. (I've always gotten that feeling if I go too long without eating from the drop in blood sugar - so, I can't be certain if it is just regular old me or a real symptom.) Still only mildly tired - nothing awful. And mildly sore bb's. Still wishing I felt something more definitive :)

Ok girls, have a good day!!

Kholtan - oh yes, the HPTs were all +ve - my clinic don't do bloods so I was told to do a HPT 14 days after ET. I did one 12 days after and hey presto - BFP!! I couldn't believe it so over the next couple of weeks did another 4!

Erin, thanks for the list. My due date is Oct 6th. I must not have said it in past e-mails. Hope everyone continues to do well. I'm still not feeling the greatest, have better days than others but not vomiting. I think sometimes I wish I would to just make me feel better. Certain smells are getting me, especially my husbands coffee. So, he's not making it in the garage!!!

Erin - Thanks so much for doing the list. I still can't belive my name is actually on it!

Wisconsingal - I am thinking of you & hope everything turns out ok.

Well done ems1971! I think everyone gets super nervous befort the first scan. Try to relax and enjoy the BFP!!!!!

I can't believe I am 9 weeks. My morning sickness is still going strong. It is the fatigue that I am finding hard to deal with. I don't feel like doing anything.

Kholtan - It sounds like you have a great weekend planned. Enjoy!!!!

WISCONSINGAL - great news!! You must have been so happy to see that rise!! Are they testing you again before your u/s?

Well, I started having kind of sharp pinching/stabbing pains on my left side. Same spot over and over again. It's been going on for nearly 24 hrs now. I called my RE: this morning - waiting for a call back.

I'm concerned about ectopic pregnancy. The odd thing is that I had my early u/s on 2/26 and they saw the sac with the yolk in the middle (expecting a heartbeat at the next scan 3/5). I'm wondering if maybe a twin could be logged in the tube?

Only thing giving me hope is that I read that HCG levels typically aren't high and don't rise properly with ectopic - mine are sky high. (which brings me back to my idea that a twin might be there).

Anyone ever have an ectopic pg before?

Hi Everyone

Well, we had the scan on Friday and we definately have one in there, in the right place, with a heartbeat. She thought she saw another sac but wasn't sure so we have to go back for another scan in 2 weeks to double check.

We are so relieved I can't tell you. Its amazing to see it on the screen, and see that little flickering heart!

Love Ems xx

Hey Ladies!!!

I just got home after a great long weekend. Didn't end up getting much sleep but sure had a blast with all our friends and their babies! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!

Ems~So happy for you that all is well and you got to see the HB! It's a moment I doubt any of us forget!

Karen~ Sorry to hear you're in pain. I did have an ectopic and there was no such thing as mild pain. It was HORRID!!!!!!! My ectopic left me curled up on the floor with a heating pad begging for help. No words could describe the pain. I hope your Dr. has some answers for you soon. It's scary but try to relax and take it easy. I'll be thinking of you!!!

Wisconsingal~ Glad to hear your numbers are going up. As long as they keep rising there is reason to celebrate! I'll still be sending lots of growing baby dust for your little one in the mean time! Take care of yourself!

Hope everyone is doing great! Trying to catch up on here isn't easy! Sounds like other than a little m/s we are all doing pretty good. :D

Take care~

Well, quite a weekend. Friday, went to the RE to get the pain on the left side checked. Two doctors examined me - they found a "mass". They weren't sure what it was - they didn't think it was another sac but they couldn't be certain based on the u/s. They put me on watch for possible ectopic.

Went back yesterday - another scan shows a much smaller mass so they think it was likely a cyst on the tube that ruptured. I do feel better as well now tool.

Satruday night had some bleeding, which scared me to death! BUt, I guess it was "normal". Baby was healthy on the u/s yesterday measuring 6w 1d (which is exactly where I am) - and heart beat at 115. Beta levels are over 190,000. All good!!!

DH has the flu and I woke up with a cough today - better not be getting it!

Glad you had a great trip, Kimberly!
Have a great week ladies!

Karen~ Don't know why I didn't think of that! For years I had cysts that ruptured and the pain was just as you described. Mine were often followed by light bleeding so I would bet that is exactly what you have. It's paingful but relatively harmless. Sorry you have it though. Glad to hear your little one is snuggling in so sweetly giving you a nice strong PG!

Have a great day ladies! Off to work after the last week off. Hard to feel motivated but these twins have to earn their keep!

Take care~

Congrats, Ems on hearing the heartbeat! My sister was told that once you get that heartbeat, you are practically home free.

I am at six weeks now and had my second u/s today. As the doc said, I am "still in the game." Only one sac showing this time, but it looks a little bigger than last week. Trying not to hold my breath until we get the heart beat . . . I can barely stand it.

Still have hyperstimulation symptoms - fluid in the abdomen, large ovaries, etc. The doc offered to drain me again today, but I declined. I have to be pretty uncomfortable before I volunteer to be stuck with an 18 inch needle for 10 minutes at a time -- with NO pain killers! I am counting on the fluid dissipating on its own in the next week or two.

Karen - I hope your pain improves - and I hope your DH is giving you lots of sympathy and support. Sometimes, they just don't quite comprehend the pain that all these treatments can cause, and that the pain is REAL!
