Yes, this is what worries me...I don't want to do it to early and get false negertive but Saturday is thousands of minutes away away and each one feels like an hour. Think I might have to test Friday......ahhh scarey!!!
My other problem is the clinic told me that if my test is positive on Saturday then I need to go to my GP to see if they will be able to prescribe me some more progesterone. But of course they wil be shut till monday by which time I'll only have one dose left which will mean loads of chassing arround which is all more stress I don't need.
Also they said if I get a negertive then I have to stop the progesterone but if I don't come on then I might still be pregnant. It's all so confussing and stressful.
Don't know whether to try and get appointment at GP on Friday and see if they will either give me a prescription early or even better give me a blood test so that I;ll know.
I am just hoping and praying for the best news of my life.
Could you go to your GP on Friday just to get the prescription and when you get your positive on Saturday you could take it to the chemist then?
One thing which isn't good for your embryos is stress! Most GP's don't have the facility to do the blood tests. Well they do the test then send it off to the lab which isn't usually on site and can take a few days. In my experience only A&E will do the bloods there and then but I could be wrong.
Saturday does seem like ages away but they give us these dates to try and elliminate the false negatives. I'm not a good one to comment as I started testing way too early but even though I got upset with the negatives I knew that it was too early.
Good luck to you. I'm off to pick up my little girl after a very long 15 weeks in SCBU!
Take care

Ellie was born on 11 December 2006, 14 weeks early!
The pregnyl should be out of your system by now. I would trust the faint + test and repeat it again in a couple of days to see if becomes more obvious. We all cheat and do home testing......don't feel bad!
