Hi all,
It has been so long since i logged in and so much is going on with you all! Where to start?
Tracii - we took Arabella to

OZ when she was 9wks old. I found that feeding her (milk) at take-off and landing prevented any crying. I think they only cry because of their ears. It sounds like Isabella sleeps in the car so you could get lucky nad the drone of the engines will keep her sleepy!
I hope Charlie's chickenpox clears up soon Cla. I hope we don't get the outbreaak down here but you never know.
I am counting my blessings that we have had no sleep issues with Arabella, i really feel for you all. I love my sleep and would be a zombie.
We have just come back form Ireland (cousin's wedding) so i have not made much progress on the new food introduction but had a real problem getting her to eat babyfood from jars. She hated it so have made a bit of a rod for my own back homecooking but then i can control what she eats. I don't like processed food for me so felt very guilty making her eat it whilst we were away. Also got the guilts as i was using disposable nappies but cloth would have been a nightmare and i logistically impossible in hotels!
I loved your cooking stories

It is so easy to get distracted. Does anyone else feel like they are doing 20 things a t once and none of them well? I find myself cleaning, cooking, entertainign her and sorting hte post all att he same time
I have already had AF appear once, 2 days after stopping BFing. I had hoped it owuld stay away longer but hey ho. My body seems to have bounced back fairly well, still carrying baby weight but my poor boobs will never be the same again. All perkiness has left the building, does anyone have any tips on how to rectify the situation?
Arabella is trying to sit but still falls over after 10 secs or so. I will try your ideas Julie as they make so much sense. Duh! i think my brain has gone ot mush.
better go Arabella is stirring from her slumber and we really need food so have to do a supermarket run!
