Evening ladies - thank you for the warm welcome back and the support -it is so nice to have people that truly understand and don't begrudge anyone a little self pity!

Carolyn - I am now hooked on Grease and we have bought tickets for the show at Picadilly Theatre for our anniversary! I liked the guy last week but I agree the girl was really stiff when she was dancing.
I really hope you get your surge soon and that your scan is cyst free!

Becky - I'm excited for you! Maybe if they said June cycle then you will get a letter in May about bloods etc, but I agree with Carolyn give tham another ring - it is their job and so what if they think you are a bit special

Jen1d - sending an AF jiggy your way! So you are a F***ing Wh**re - how is that working out for you! LOL. I realy admire what you do!

Angel - I told my boss right from the start and he has been really good. It was just easier with all the appointments.

Meg - its great that you are going to be an egg donor - how very wonderful that you can give such a precious gift.

Aunty - thank for the big hug - I needed it! I hope the House move is going through ok?

Marsha - thak you for your kind words and the offer of an ear to vent to! I hope the stimming is going ok and I wish you many many follies!

Thank You Charlie78 for the warm welcome and inviting me to join this thread.

1st private IVF in April 2007, 8 embies and 2 ET=BFN. 6 frozen and waiting for FET in July/AUgust. On the waiting list for the NHS.

Have been looking for ways of improving chances for FET from everybody on the message board. Finally joined yesterday to experience the emotional journey with you all.

Welcome to our little waiting group. Well done you for doing your frst post. I read the board for about a month before I plucked up the courage to post and now you cannot stop me!!! It has been such a lifeline over the past year +.

I am really sorry that you had to go through a BFN. The great news is that you have some frosties from your 1st cycle and they will also have learnt lots about how your body works from that 1st cycle.

Have you been having acupuncture? I am a big fan and although it has not helped me I have added to my 2nd and 3rd cycles and found that it really helped my lining. Lining is all important for a FET so might be worth thinking about it if you are not doing it already. Just a thought.

Becky- Bore da welshie!!! I am just a couple of min's down the M4 from Swansea in little Barry. I have also been a bit concerned about my weight, i have put a few pounds on from 1st cycle in April. Joined Fitness First last week because i want to be fit for FET in July/August. I am also finding it hard to keep of the coffee but trying.(i am addicted to Starbucks). We will have to help eachother and congratulations with the job.

CarolynB- Thank you for warm welcome. I know it has taken me a few weeks to finally join. I don't know that much about acupuncture but i think i will look into it.

We have had our appointment through for our first appointment in Barcelona!!! 13 June lucky its a wednesday or I would have had to change the date lol We are now trying to sort out flight and hotel, I just have to hope that af comes on time now and all the test results and info from Leeds so that we can send it off in plenty of time before the 13th. We are off to Cheltenham for a couple of days to stay with my sister so I'll say a couple of personals and then I'll see you all next week.

Danielle - Hi nice to meet you, Im a gog Im from North Wales not far from Caernarfon but I am originally from the beautiful LLeyn Peninsula. Sorry to hear about your bfn, but this thread is a great place to be while waiting for your next treatment and your bfp!!

Carolyn - I know what you mean, its the same here, everywhere I turn at the moment there is a pregnant woman or a pram with newborn babies! But sorting out Barcelona is keeping me going.

Jen - Has af come yet? and have you sorted out a hotel for B yet? AF can be a right b***h when she wants to be I hope you are all ready to go for the 15th. I'll be keeping everything crossed!

Rachel - You have done a fantastic job on your diet , we get home from Cheltenham on monday and on tue night I am going back to weight watchers, I just cant do it on my own.

Becky - Glad you are feeling good Great news about the job. Im starting weight watchers on tue so we can all lose weight together!!

i got a call today from my clinic about my u/s and bloodworks yesterday... the nurse said my estradiol [?] is at 342 and that i need to come in tomorrow and monday for more bloodwork and u/s

Rachael I am having my treatment at CARU. Why have'nt you?

My DH and i have looked into the London clinic, we were going to go to attend the open nights in BUPA Cardiff . i think i seen an advert for another open night at the end of the month, have you been?. but we decided to wait and see what happen with FET and NHS at the end of the year.
