Hi girls

At a 40th party last night and i feel so tired today, defo getting to old.
Tat looks cool, still doing the cream bit as it takes about 10 days to heal. I had a few vinos but still felt the nipping

Had all my bloods done on Friday and dh did his sample. Should take about 10 days to get results and i now have to do another urine test tomorrow. Wont be able to get all the paperwork and send it off before flying out so we are definately going to pospone. Also having trouble finding a bloody stupid hotel. To be honest, i thought it would be easier than this and am a bit fed up with it. Going back for ET will be a nightmare to book everything within days.

Gill - Can you email me and let me know who you are booking flights and hotels with. Do you have any good cheap sites? Thanks babe.

Ok will speak soon, have no more energy to type-----------must give up the drink

Take care

Love Jen x

 Hey where have all my girls gone???????????

Just a quicky. Were due to go last Friday for counselling but couldnt face it and tat came first---i know, i'm naughty. Will be going this Thursday but to be honest me and dh chat alot and i feel we are able to move on to the next stage. Dont get me wrong we are devastated about the result and news from our last cycle but what can we do but try to move on and get to our goal another way. No choice really

Have emailed Big B about posponing. They seem to be very flexible though and will book another date no probs.

I'm off to work today at 2.30 then sleepover tomorrow so will email when i can.

Gill - thought you would have had my hotel and flights booked for me by now

Love to you all

Hi Everyone :D

We have just arrived home from my sisters and im shattered. My nieces are 6 and 7 yeard old, I dont get to see them very often as we live so far away so I try and make the most of the time we have so i've been playing games and running after them for 3 days so you can see why im shattered!!
AF is two days late and I really dont need this as we have booked flights to Barcelona, I've got this af and another before the appointment so if she's late this time she'll bugger everything up!!! :x

Jen - I hope you got my email let me know if you havent, hope you sort everything out.

Hi Ladies

As Jen says, a little quiet around here over the last few days. May be everyone is busy and the UK girls are making the most of the holiday weekend. Where has the sun gone??? But beats working on a Monday anyway.

Jen - hope that you get to councelling this week. Even if it just serves to validate the talking that you have done then it will at least make you feel confident that you have all the angles cover. Sorry that the appointment has been put back and hope that you can get a new date soon. At least you are getting all the bloods done so are moving ahead

Rachel - hope that the weather was better in Somerset and that you had a good time down there with all your family. Sorry you had to come back today. Hope that weigh in tomorrow goes well. I shall be cheering you on as sure that you will pass the stone mark and is a big achievement in quite a short space of time

Gill - great that your appointment is all confirmed - not too far away either. Hope that you have a good time in Cheltenham with your sister. I love Cheltenham but mainly for the fab horse racing!!

Marsha - I did stimmies for 10 days each cycle then trigger and then ET 36 hours later. So sure that your EC will probably be this week. It really depends on the size of the follices as well as the blood levels

Danielle - Think that FET is a good idea. Your body will not have all the drugs in the system and here that it is not as rough on our bodies as a fresh cycle. Do you know where you are on the nhs list? I just looked on the internet for info about acu and then sent them questions about whether they helped with infertility and picked the one who replied quickly and seemed to know what he was talking about. It has certainly helped me relax

Becky - Totally agree. Lost it re-The Apprentice last week. All over the place. LOL. I have looked to see if repeated but not seen it so do tell me who got fired. PLEASE. Glad that they extended you for another 6 months. Money will help for sure and they must like you if they want you to stay on which is great

Charlie - did you see Grease on Saturday? I loved it. Thought that they were all good but afraid that the judges would boot out the couple who went due to their inexperience. I love watching it! Record it and watch Joseph!!!

Aunty P - hope that all is going well with your range purchase

Jackie/Nimbe - you are quiet. Hope all is well and that you are just on an ivf mini break!

Shantala - hope that you are busy having fun and not working too hard

Hugs to everyone else. Hope that you are feeling full of PMA!

Well surge came finally on Saturday. I cheated as thought that it was on its way and called clinic on Friday as could not bear the wait over 3 day weekend. They need me to go for bloods 4-6 days after surge to check if I ovulated. So can just fit in on Wednesday before I go away. I am a little stressed as some ladies seem to start straight after this blood test on down regging. Well that will just not be possible for me due to my travel for work over the next month. I hope that if all the tests are ok then I may still be able to start in June???? Who the heck knows. Trying not to let it stress me out too much and go with the flow. Dam hard for a control freak!!

Well ladies not sure whether I shall get on tomorrow. I fly to San Francisco on Wednesday. Then work there on Thursday and Friday. Need to do interviews for a US accountant for this company that I am doing some work for. Will have to review the numbers/processes whilst I am there too. Hope that it will be ok!??? Then I have some time to my self of Saturday - SHOPPING!!!! 8) - before I fly home overnight. Get home middle of the day Sunday.

So I shall love you and leave you. Hope that you all have a good week. Thinking of you all.

Lots of Love
Carolyn

Hiya! Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Rachael- Well done with weight loss, what are you doing cause i need some help in that department.
My DH and I thought the people at CARU were brilliant (except for one of the Doctors). What problems did you have with them?

CarolynB- When i spoke to my doctor on 30 April she told me i would be ready for treatment on the NHS by the end of this year. So hopefully not long if FET is BFN. I did have a dose of OHSS on my fresh cycle so with not having to take so many drugs on the FET i will get a better result.

Speak to you all soon

Hi danielle most of the staff at caru were great but when i had to phone to see if frosties thawed they just said no and stop all meds didnt even ask if i wanted to see counseller i was breaking my heart on the phone and she didnt seem to care then we had paid the bill and they kept sending me reminders to pay which under the circumstances was disgusting and they dont even give you any of the money back for the fet which i also thought was a bit rubbish they should tell you that there is no refund . I gave up choclate and crisps and generally eat more healthy like salads and smaller portions

Becky glad you had a good weekend relaxing i agree baby roulette is not has good has the strork club i so hope that things work out for you in all aspects with the job but at the moment a baby would be great sod the job shhh told tell your dh i said that .

Well i've been and booked my tattoo for today i'm having an angel will try and post a picture on my myspace page when i've had it done hope it wont hurt to much (it should not i've had 3 and they didnt hurt )will catch up later hugs to you all
