Hello ladies!
I have to be quick because I have to prepare a nice dinner soon. It's lobster festival at our grocery store, so we bought a cooked lobster and we're going to make nice linguinis with shrimps, lobster, asparagus and a nice bechamel! And garlic!

And a little nutmeg, too. And white wine.
The shots went very well this morning... well, took some time and I remembered one post in which the person joked about being a real bartender with all the mixes and the injections! LOL I had to prepare three different syringes! The Repronex gave me a hard time. The darn bubbles just kept teasing me! I must have hit that darn syringe during ten minutes to make it right! Surprisingly, the shot did not hurt one bit. I admit it, I called you all big sissies!

I gave the shot in my tummy. And my tummy has been ACHING for the past three hours or so! OUCH! I felt nothing during the shot, or after, but now... it's like there is a hard invisible "patch" under my skin, below the injection site... it hurts when I walk, even! Hehehe looks like I'll put some warmth on it. Injecting Puregon and Lupron in my thigh did hurt, but only for 5 minutes after the injection. Was completely gone after that. And no side effects during the day. So I guess this is going super well for a first stimming day on different drugs!
Arizonakiwi: my sweet darling, here is a *HUG*! I'll send you good vibes and I'll also make a prayer for you. I really hope tomorrow's blood test brings you the news you've been waiting for. And sweetheart, I'm glad that my words help you. Indeed, your body is doing its best right now. I'm happy to see that your DH pampers you like you deserve and especially that you're getting some rest. I'll wait anxiously for news.
Hello Jul1e! Long time no see! It's good to have news!

Yes, things are moving super fast with all the people getting to the exciting stages! We already have preggers!

Looks like we both started stimming today! Hehehe let's do the follie marathon together!

About the 2ww, I simply walked a lot. I had to stop flamenco and it really sucked; I understand you completely. Without saying that you should sit somewhere and stay there until your pregnancy test, you should indeed be careful and not do things that might make you feel guilty afterwards. Ask your doctor and he'll tell you. As for the distractions; indulge in anything else you like! Lead a normal life and enjoy the feeling of being off most of the meds. It truly is liberating!

Happy Anniversary by the way!
gbnut: best of lucks for your transfer tomorrow! I'll be anxiously waiting for news sweetie! This is exciting! I can't wait to bump you to the 2ww section!
jenn; good luck for your EC tomorrow! are you nervous? I hope you sleep well tonight! I'll be with you in thoughts my dear! I hope they get lots of mature follies! And I'll cheer your DH's soldiers! Woohooooo!
TansRN: sorry that THursday seems so far away! But you did more than half of the 2ww now! You're a trooper!

Thanks for your understanding, and lol on the cashier!

You're a sweetheart! Love the vibes, hehehehe! And Tanya... here in Canada, they don't do betas, at least not systematically. And we still have healthy pregnancies. I think it's unhealthy to grade everything, embryos and HCG... it creates so much unnecessary stress! It's no big deal if your clinic does not do a second beta. If you want it bad enough, you'll get it elsewhere I'm sure! I trust you, lol!
Dr Jeckyl (daly): good luck on the Lupron shots! How long will you do them? I'm so sorry that your little boy is still at the hospital...

I know, you always feel so bad when you leave them there! It's not like you can explain why you have to! *hugs* I hope he gets better soon!
mandeeq: hello dearest!

Glad to have news! I'm so happy the info I share is useful to you! But about the HPTs, I was just explaining why I won't personally do them. I absolutely understand if other people want to do them. I'm glad that my experience was useful to you; it's the whole point of the forum, n'est-ce-pas? *hugs* to you for your transfer! It's comiiiiiiiing!

I hope your embies are strong and divide well!
