Good Morning Everyone!!!!
Angelica - I feel for your little sister, now that I can relate! :-) It's ashame you can't make it to your shower on time, but I hope it goes real well for you and you get lots of the stuff you need/want. :-)

Tasha - I hope you are feeling better!

Colleen I can't wait to hear from you. :-)

Hope everyone else is doing well!

As for me I had a GREAT nights sleep last night. I feel like I could go back to sleep, but that had to of helped quite a bit! Heck that one good nights sleep will help me hang on for at least 3 more days :-) My next doctor's appt. is Tuesday hopefully he will say we are right there. :-) A girl can dream right! :-)

Take care everyone.

The countdown is on Tasha and Colleen, who's going to L and D first? :)

Cowgirl--Yes, I feel your pain about the heartburn. I have to stagger when I eat and rest, so my food has some time to digest before I lie down. Last night, I woke up gagging....I HATE that! :? I'm glad you had a good night's sleep last night, though. That gives me hope. Oh, can you send your mom over here to mop my floor? That would be wonderful, thanks! ha ha!

Angelica--Have fun at your shower! I hope you get lots of good stuff. Keep us posted on your sister. Maybe she'll be delivering at the same time as Tasha or Colleen?

Tasha--What a bummer. I'm sorry you don't feel well. Drink lots of water to flush your system. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya.

As for me, I have a pretty quiet day. I'm going to go get some movies. And read. And rest. Oh, and I might go to the camera shop down the street to find a video camera. We don't have one. Any suggestions?

Have a good day girls! I'll check in again tonight!

Happy Friday all
No babies yet? I get so excited when i log on just incase. I will be thinking of Tasha and Colleen over the weekend. I am so sorry you have a bit of a dodgy tummy hope you feel better soon.
Angellica you are always so busy. Are you taking bank holiday Monday off to relax. I can't believe we are now over the 30 week mark, time has gone so fast i remember waiting for our positives together. What magazine are you doing an article for? I might be able to get hold of a copy.
All is well here. I have been going to my classes and so far i am following most of it although i do feel a little bit like a fish out of water but everyone is friendly. 1 lady is now 38 weeks and she is so uncomfortable and huge i think of you girls who are nearly the same. I have had a few nose bleeds latley but my BP is fine so i think i am blowing my nose to much with the hay fever. I can't believe i have just woke up from a 3hr nap  hopefully it means i can stay awake for "ugly Betty" tonight.
take care all i'm thinking of you all and those big wiggly bellys.

Cowgirl & Buckeyegal- I hope the heartburn resides! must be awful! You two are so close now and you just know it will be worth it! :D

Tasha & Coleen - We are relying on you two to deliver the goods now! only when you are all ready though.....how exciting!

Ellie- I know it was mad to think our last big wait was for those BFP's it seemed like an eternity didn't it a whole 2 weeks! I laugh when my Sis moans that she has been waiting 6 months (she was 3 months gone b4 she found out!) and had only been trying for 3 months! she is sooo impatient I have to explain to her that we have waited for 8 years, and this whole cycle has been going on since March 2006 as we did egg donation so started all the tests then...... I can laugh now! The mag is called 'Predictions' it will be on sale 30/05/2007 The business had a big write up in their April issue now its all about me and angels etc, why anyone wants to write about me is very strange but its fantastic publicity!

I was just wondering what the couple that received my egg are up to, I hope everything is going well, I cant wait until they give birth so I get to find out what and how many, they were having twins when I was but hey it doesn't alway go to plan, fingers crossed!! I just pray they are happy and healthy and the parents are perfect in every way........ made me cry then, I am an emotional numpty at the mo!!

hi there girls... no baby... altho i was in L&D yesterday... i went in for my US and had a headache so they took my BP... WOW it was 189/109... they had me rest and took it again, it was a little better, but they wanted me monitored at L&D for awhile... so they did a buncd of tests and gave me meds to bring it down, then sent me on my way... too bad, i was ready to have the little one, but they want to wait a little longer..

i did another 24 unine collection and met with my doc today, who said that they can induce as of today, but he is not on call till monday, and normally he wouldn't mind coming in, but it's his son's b-day party, and he's on call all next week, because the other docs are out... so i deceided that i would try and wait till he's on call... and enjoy the long weekend. now that is only if the baby holds out till then.. i've been having a bunch of contractions today and yesterday... we could also see i was having contractions while in L&D..

so i have another appointment tomorrow for a NST and pee test... we might set up a time to go in on Monday, or wait till tuesday when i have an appointment... we'll see what i feel like...

tasha- hope that you are ready tomorrow, and let us know... maybe we'll cross paths at the hospital... hope that your tummy is better... sometimes going into labor you can have stomach issues... but make sure that you are drinking the water...

angellica-glad to hear that things are moving along and going well... not too long left to wait!!

ellie-yes you can think of us that are almost ready, and you'll be there soon when you see a huge belly and a waddle walk.... that;s me right now with a constant back ache and low pressure

kim-yoiu are done with work!!! hip hip hurray.. now sit back and relax a bit longer, and you'll have you babies.... do you have anymore feeling if they are girls or boys? you are so brave not to find out with twins... it's so exciting!!!

cowgirl- could i borrow a nights sleep... i probably would have slept ok (because of the meds i got) but i had to wake up and collect my pee for the 24 test!! yuck!!! tuesday is a good day for a doc appointmet... i knid of hope that i don't make it to mine on tuesday, but hope that i can hold off till monday... i really perfer my doc for the delivery.. you only have 11days or less to go!!! sorry about the heartburn... di you ever try the lemonade??

rachael- hope that you are well!!!

oh... i forgot to say that the US went well, i guess.. i was kind of out of it.. but the baby is 6lbs 12oz... and looked good... my fluid was a little low, but just told to drink more water... so it wasn't that bad!!

have a great weekend... hope to hear that tasha had her little aubrey!!

Colleen sorry you are having all the blood pressure issues. Have all your contractions helped your effacing or dialation? Good luck holding out till Monday or Tuesday. You know I am going to be checking this board a million times a day this weekend looking for yours and Tasha's news. :-)

I actually ended up going to the doc today. I had not had a stress test yet and Naomi was not moving like she normally does today so I called and they had me come in for a stress test. They said everything looked good. Doc asked me again if I wanted a C-Section and basically said we could do this at any time because according to my U-sounds I am right at 39 weeks and 37 weeks by my IVF dates. But unless there is danger to Naomi I am content with waiting till the 6th. :-) (11 more days) I know the more she cooks the better and like I have mentioned before I will qualify for FMLA on the 5th. Doc is going to do another US on Tuesday before my appt. just to check my fluid levels.

I wish you and Tasha the best the next few days for delivering happy healthy babies. :-)

Hello Girls-

Well still no baby, but we're having tons of contractions.... I'm hoping we'll get good news tomorrow morning for sure. However, I think I'm going to ask my doctor to strip my membranes tomorrow no matter what (that is if he's on call over the weekend). Well it seems like I did have food poisoning from Burger King yesterday... I threw up several times and actually lost 5 lbs (not good). However, I'm feeling much better today and I have made sure my fluid intake has been good. I also managed to sit outside in the sun today and get tons of color... I look like I've been on vacation (I guess that's all I get since we won't be taking a vacation this year).

Angellica- have a great time at your shower tomorrow... I hope you get everything you need/want!

Cowgirl- I'm so happy to hear you had a great nights sleep last night... might as well get it now before Naomi comes. Also great news about your NST test... glad to hear she's doing well.

Colleen- sorry to hear your BP was all out of wack... to bad your little one couldn't come yesterday while you were in L&D. However, maybe you can wait till Monday and we can meet in the halls of the hospital.... Also great news about the us... what a tiny little thing you have in there.

Racheal- how are you doing?

Well I hope everyone is doing well and taking care of your bellies.... hopefully this weekend will bring on some good news for some of us. I'll make sure to send a message tomorrow after our appointment.

Tasha

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I have not posted in a few days but I have been checking every few hours just to see how everyone is doing. My DH and I have been working on the nursery and hopefully it will be done by next week and I can start decorating.

Colleen - How exciting. Tuesday is so close. I don't blame you for wanting to wait for your Dr.

Tasha - I'm glad you enjoyed your time of rest in the sun. I'm so sorry you were sick. Make sure you drink as much as you can and try to eat a little something if your stomach can handle it. I feel so bad for you and can't imagine how miserable you must have felt. I'm glad you are feeling better.

Angellica - Have fun at your shower. Let us know all the good stuff you get.

Cowgirl - I'm glad your NST went well. I don't blame you for being concerned. I still worry all the time about movements. You were smart to go get it checked out.

Rachael/Ellie - How are you doing?

All my best,
Nance

Colleen--Yeah, Tuesday! Not much longer, huh? Good luck getting through this weekend. I wish you all the best for a smooth delivery on Tuesday.

Tasha--Are you at the hospital right now? Sorry to hear about the food poisoning. That totally bites. Not what you need right now.

Racheal--We haven't heard from you in a while. YOu okay?

Ellie--I'm glad your classes are going okay. I actually had several nosebleeds around weeks 28-32. I've never had nosebleeds before, so it was a shock to me. Just keep tissues with you.

cowgirl--I'm glad the NST went okay. I'm sure you feel reassured! I actually have my first NST on Tuesday.

Nance--I'm glad to hear that the nursery is starting to take shape! That's great! Is DH a handy guy when it comes to putting furniture together? For your sake, I hope so! :)

Not much new on my end. I"m sleeping a bunch, and my poor dog has no idea what's wrong with me! He can't figure out why I don't take him on our long walks anymore. DH is in charge of that now--of course, he doesn't do as good a job as Mama!

TAke care gals!

Wow so exciting. Good luck Tasha and Collen, looks like we'll be having news very soon!

Glad everyone is well. Have had a quick read to try and catch up and everyone is so close. This board will be very quiet by the time my little one is due!

I am now officially on maternity leave. Yeah! Feels very strange, I think because its still so early and also with having DD my focus is still totally on her and I haven't really much considered the baby.

Still no blood results for me. My Midwife was supposed to call me last Tues with them but she is a bit scatty and I really have to chase her! On the positive side, it will be 3 weeks this Tues that DD came into contact with slapped cheek and no signs of having it yet, so fingers crossed. I have appointment again on Tues so see what they say.

Can't remember when I last wrote?!! DD is finally in her new room and new bed and has been absolutely fine. Hasn't got out once yet!!! So just need to sort out her old nursery now and the loft.

Made a bit of a cock up this week as well with bidding for a double pushchair on ebay. Got a good bargain as feel we won't use it for more than 6 months but then tried a friends pushcahir which is the same and it doesn't fit in our car boot without removing the parcel self. Oopps! Will just have to sell in on again. Never mind.

Will keep reading all the exciting news. Take care of yourselves x
