Kim, I am hoping you are right!!!! I can't wait to hear the news about Tasha and Colleen. Just think girl we are probably next How are you feeling? The long weekend really did me some good.
Ellie try not to overdue int he building, even though it is difficult to relax and let someone else. Hey maybe one of those dust masks would help when the dust is really kicking up to prevent the allergies. Just a thought.
Tasha - Good luck and I hope your little one is already here. If not, God Bless you and your little one with a safe a quick delivery.
Colleen - I hope your induction goes well. The little one will be here soon and you will finally know what he/she is. I am still holding out that you get a girl so you will be like me. Two boys and a tom boy to boot! I look forward to your news and I pray your little one is healthy.
Cowgirl - I think you are next in line! Naomi should be our next appearance after the two above. She will probably come out with boots and a hat if she takes after the rest of you. For you it will not be a big thing, but Makayla is our only child not born in Florida. She will be a real Texan, I guess. I hope the heartburn settles down a little. I am battling it too. At least it is only a little longer!
Ellie - I am so very happy your house is getting worked on again! Does this mean your little Isabelle is going to have her room done in time? If not she won't use it for a while anyway. I have a mini area for Makayla in our bedroom because after my C-Section, I will not be allowed to walk upstairs for a while. So I have some clothes, diapers, sheets, extra blankets etc. downstairs in our room. Keep your bun in the oven!
Kim - I hope your time off is doing well. I know it drove me crazy on bed rest, but than again, I am going crazy now! Your little ones need as much baking as possible so you need to keep off your feet! You have really done so very well considering some of the other girls with twins. Keep up the good work!
Casy - I think you are likely in the clear. I am glad to hear you are on maturnity leave already. I have just under two weeks before I am going out on leave. This way I get to enjoy as much time with my DSs over the summer. I am thrilled DD is doing well in her new room. My boys settled in quickly once we finished theirs. Good luck on relaxing!
Nance - Thanks for asking about me. I am glad you are doing well. The time sure is flying and in no time we will all have little angels in our arms to keep us very busy. I hope the nursery gets finished soon. You will have to post some pictures so we can see the slumber area for your little one.
Angellica - I am glad to hear your couple also got pregnant! That is a great thing. I wish I could have helped someone as well, but I only had 5 eggs retrieved, and only 2 made it to get fertilized. In the end only one split and wow! Along came Makayla! Glad to hear you are well!
As for us, we are well. Exhausted, but very well. DH has finally got a job (he started this morning), my DSs are finally finished with school, I finished my classes last week, and on top of all that, I am still training my replacement at work. Our weekend was crazy because we had to make woodworking kits for the Cub Scout Day camps that start next week. We managed to finish 1500 kits, but we still have about 1500 to do. So, everyday after work, we are going to work some on it. There are Five of us doing all this grueling work, but I am glad I can do something. I am also having a baby shower this Sunday. It should be fun because there seems to be a ton of people going. I am very excited. I will try to write more often, but it might have to be next week once all the extra work is finished and I switch to half days. I love you all and will check the site regularly. I have been reading, just no time to post!
Racheal - Congrats on hubby getting a job. I hope he loves it and he can put all the bad stuff behind him! I am sure that will ease your mind also. Is your C-Section date still set for the 15th? That is right around the corner I figure no matter how I look at it I am into the single digits 7 days and a wake up.

I love the name Gavin, and he sounds like he's just perfect! I can't wait to see a pic and hear more about him. Take care of yourselves and enjoy these special days!
Tasha--Since we haven't heard from you, I'm assuming the best!
Racheal---It's good to hear from you. I'm SOOOO glad your DH got a job. Yeah! That's great! Enjoy your last couple of weeks before your own bundle gets here!
Ellie--Good luck with the house. I feel your pain about allergies. Mine are horrible right now.
I had my dr. check up today, and Yeah----I'm only 40% effaced now! so, it looks like the rest is helping keep pressure off my cervix. I also had the NST---which took quite a while with two down there--and all sounds good. My doc wants to take it a week at a time, and she still doesn't want to schedule my section yet. So, I'll just go back for an NST on Friday.
I'm glad we have one baby on our boards. Maybe another will join us today????
Congratulations Colleen, DH and family!! Great weight for 37 weeks. Well Done so excited for you. Feels like things are getting going for everyone now that the babies are making an appearance.
Rachel- Really pleased that DH has started a new job. Must be a weight of your mind with everything going on. Glad your keeping well.
Tasha- Thinking of you. Hope we hear some news soon.
Had a check up with midwife today. All well except baby is breech at the moment. Still plenty of time to change tho, fingers crossed. Oh and I am immune to slapped cheek, so thats another worry gone!
Will check in again tomorrow to see if any more news
Me 29 DH 34
TTC 3 1/2 years.
1st IVF 04 BFP. Daughter born Feb 05
2nd IVF sept/oct 06- Son born Aug 07
CaseyP--Welcome to the "breech brigade"....baby B is breech for me! You're right though, yours still has time and space to flip back around. Try putting music on headphones down near your woo-hoo..I've heard that's supposed to encourage the baby to head towards the tunes! Good luck!
Tasha - I hope you are well. We have not heard from you in a couple of days. Keep safe and take good care of Aubrey!
Kim - It is normal for a twin to be breech. This is why so many doctors will do the C-Sections instead of allowing you to go natural. I just wanted to mention, you really do not want to go into labor before the C-Section because if your water breaks, it increases your chances of getting in infection. Not to mention, you will really be tired then! This is why my Ob is keeping a really close eye on me. She does not want me to labor at all so I will have a smooth recovery this time.
Casy - I hope yours turns around soon. I a glad your immune to the slapped cheek. One less thing to worry about now.
Trisha - My C-Section is still scheduled for June 15th, but my BP has started to go up and my swelling is really bad. I am wondering if my appointment tomorrow will be my last day at work. I am really hoping to hold out for the 15th because my MIL is arriving on the 14th and returning home on the 17th which means I would miss her completely (hospital stay!). I really do not want to deal with her complaints right after having surgery! Oh well, at least she is interested in coming. My mother and father are not even going to bother visiting.
As for us, DH had a great first day. He seems to like the people and the work, so I am happy. I just want him to enjoy his job. I am trying to wind down in my job and hopefully June 8th will be my last day. I am now on half days because I get so tired and swollen. I am prying everyone is good. FYI, I think Cowgirlclass will be next! Naomi is next in line and with such hot weather around, I am almost positive she will be here soon!!!
Rachael, I am glad your husband likes his new job. The 15th is right around the corner.
I am trying hard to make it till the 6th to avoid the insurance/job issues, but I really think that is not an option. I have been having more "regular" contractions, but so far they have stopped. Any way you look at it I have 6 days and a wake up
I hope Kim is able to hold out till 37 weeks, but with twins it seems that they come when they are ready and it is usually swift. So I think who is next is between her and me
I hope Tasha is okay, I hope she didn't endup having a c-section and that is why we have not heard for her.
