First of all, thanks so much for your support. I don't know what I would do without it!
Secondly,
mybaby, you asked what kind of test I used. To be honest, it is one that I got off the internet at early-pregnancy-tests.com. It is supposed to have a detection rate of 20mIU/ml. I got some free when I bought my ovulation monitor last year. They claim to be very reliable. (I actually had to look all this back up online).
Thirdly, I took my test at about 2:00 this morning. I couldn't help it, I had to pee and didn't want to wait. I probably was not as coherent or patient as I should have been.
So with all of this said, I dug the test out of the garbage this morning and it showed a positive. Of course, I know this is an ultimate no, no because of evaporation lines, etc. Then I remember Jen talking about peeonastick.com. I looked it up, they were not recommending the test to be very accurate.
I then, like Jen, held my pee for four hours, took another test, waited the entire 5 minutes I was suppose to (don't think I did this morning) and there it was, a very faint positive line.
Of course now my mind goes back to the peeonastick website that said the test is unreliable, so I don't know what to believe. But there is a little glimmer of hope once again. I'll probably have DH stop and get a proper test on his way home from work and try again tomorrow morning. What can it hurt, right???
