andrea - I've come to the same conclusion that you've come to. I don't think there is anything that can be done at this point to improve the chances of pregnancy. It's hard though, because you get so much information so often through out the first part of this and then nothing...
I don't know if I'm going to do a pregnancy test before the blood test or not. My RE said not to, he said that over the counter pregnancy tests might not even be able to pick up a pregnancy at that point. Also, of course if you test too early you could still pick up the HCG from the trigger shot which would give a false positive. It will be very hard to wait that long and not test at all.
At this point I still just feel that bloated feeling, probably left over from the retrieval. But everything I've read on signs of pregnancy during the 2ww seem like they could all also be symptoms of the progesterone.
I'll get a call from the embryologist probably on Wed to tell me whether any of my other pre-embryo's made it to the blastocyte stage to be frozen. I don't know if that's any indication of how the once that were transfered are doing. Because they are in a totally different environment. Once transfered those pre-embryos should be in their optimal environment for this. So I think you're right, it's all up to chromosomes at this point.
My RE told me after the transfer that I can feel confident that I did everything I could do this cycle to get pregnant. But you know, it still all comes down to chance and luck and you can't skip the wait!

I wish I had something crazy going on to pass the time, but things are even slow for me at work!
