This 2ww is driving me crazy. The first 6 or 7 days I really felt that there was something going on. I had cramping and really sore (.)(.). Now, I feel normal although I have got 3 spots on my face which I havent had for 20 years! I am trying to stay up beat and just wait it out but I am starting to get stressed about what if I feel normal because I'm now not pregnant.
We are having a reallly big party on test day (28th July) so I have plenty to do to keep myself busy. I think I might test the day before so I dont have the trauma of deling with the result the same day of our Renewal of Vows thing.
Kim31: Thanks for your baby dust! I am not eating anything in particular although if it's not tied down there is a danger of anything going down my throat! I think the progesterone makes me really hungry and really windy (sorry TMI)! I have read about drinking pineapple juice but havent tried it only because when I was pregnant with my son I was told to eat pineapple in the final days to soften my cervix so I kind of feel we are 9 months too early for that!?

Anie and LisaPA: I think it must be really hard for DH through this whole process. We are in the middle of everything, injecting, sniffing, having procedures and they (generally) know they just give a sample and that's their contribution. My DH also has low count and low motility. We had to have ICSI and he was quietly very upset when only 2 of 6 mature eggs fertilised. I agree that sometimes they must feel their "manhood" is being questioned. You are both lucky you have the great support of your mother in law.
Croella: I am so excited for you? When is your transfer? How many little embies will you have transferred? How are you feeling?
LisaPA: I had quite a lot of tenderness in my whole lower abdomen esp on the left side (which it turned out had almost double the number of follicles). I think if it gets serious you should chat to the doc but otherwise it shows you are growing lots of big follies with big healthy eggs inside!
ICSI girl: I have taken a career break so I could just relax, get healthy and hopefully have another baby. It has been great not to have the stress of work but not working also brings some probs too. I think you are right taking some time off. The first 3 days post transfer, I basically slept because I was so tired all the time. I do know that many women just have a day or two off, head back to work and get their BFP! How is the 2 hour commute back and forward to the docs going?
Jules: Good luck starting your stims on the 28th! The only advice I read which seemed to make sense was to eat a high protein diet and drink as much water and milk as you can! I know what you mean about the support of the girls here. It is so therapeutic just to feel a) that you are not alone and b) that no one will ever ask you to talk about something else!!!!
Oh, one more sympton of this 2ww. I cant sleep! It is 4:37am here and I am wide awake!
Have a great day everyone. I'll update the list today so let me know your latest info. Any new girls who are reading and want to dive in, just send me your info and I'll add you too!
