Thanks for letting us know about it, summit to think about ....

Shantala your so sweet...hugs back at ya... ooo i read all about this new way to do IVF i think it's wonderful i have read so many great things about sucess rates with it and a lot is to do with less out side hormones to interfere with what would normaly happen i know ghost used to say a lot of failed IVF has to do with timing well with the more natural IVF you have a much better chance of that not being the problem...i too hope you dont need it but if you do or should you want a sibling then it's a really good way to go.

Jen funny you should say that we are just getting settled after sammy left the air force .... we will fill our spare rooms with our own little bundles ...ok i wont mention any thing about the heat ....we are supposed to have rain tonight  but i wont say the temp will go back up after that to the 90's ok :D

JenB thank you your so sweet that sounded so cool i cant wait to be moaning about all the scratch marks  ...thank you

Carolyn yeah the floors really make a difference we are doing the office tomorrow i painted it today looks really cute i was meant to get a green but i ended up with a really cute nursery colour...LOL How are you feeling ? am thinking of you praying my heart out for you

loads of love to everyone im off to do some more packing (boy do we have a lot of rubbish i dont know where it came from)...Aunty

Hi

Had a crap evening last night, more tears
Dh and i eventually sat down and had a chat about everything. I completely understand that everyone is suffering but i have extra problems-----its me who is infertile, its me who is carrying the guilt, its me who is stopping dh having what he wants, its me who wont have a biological child, its me who will suffer after a child is born as it wont look or be like me. I sound really selfish and i'm sure dh has other worries that i dont feel but i really dont think people understand unless its happening to them---that includes our hubbies. I just feel so emotional tired. Anyway have to just get up and get on with it. Maybe when things start to move on abit then i will feel more positive. Think i'm just dreading the 2ww again---i'm terrified of another neg result as i think it will just push me well over the edge.

Shantala - That ivf sounds really interesting, i've never heard of it before, thanks for sharing it with us. But you will not need it

Carolyn - I know its D11 tomorrow but keep your chin up babe, we are here for you so chat away and we will TRY and distract you

Aunty - Your pushing it with this temp thing  but the sun is finally out here---the clouds are building up though :x The good thing about moving is managing to get rid of all the rubbish you collect over the years-what is that all about--where does it come from :?: Its stressful, but fun though when you get into your new house.

Hi to everyone else. Am in work later, just called to see if i can take toil as i cant be bothered to go in but i forgot i have a Panel report to do and got to give someone supervision----its a nightmare person to, i have to tell him off. He better not upset me or he will get it, the mood i'm in

Love and hugs

Jen x

Hi to all on this Sunny Monday Morning...

Shantala- good luck with D/R check tomorrow...i hope your boss is in a better frame of mind this week as you say it's only a few weeks to ET and you will have a week off!!!! On the natural ivf...that sounds fab. I did a short cycle and it was similar where the drugs are used in sync with your natural cycle. But it sounds better with this doc especially for those who get OHSS easily. Am sure this cycle is the 1 tho and you won't need it!!!
x x

carolyn Hope your hanging in there hun. Are you back at work today then? You'll be a busy bee catching up then. Still sendig you tons of ***BABY ***DUST***...in fact i have sent you so much you must be burried in the glittery stuff!!!! take care hun PMA for your BFP!!!

Jen Ahhh I wish i were nearer you Hun and i would give you tons of hugs and a shoulder to cry on. Sounds like all your emotions are coming to a head, when do you get to start the works counselling? It's a stressful time waiting for someone else to get to EC for you. I totally understand what your saying about you thinking it's all your fault, but blaming yourself for this situation doesn't help you or DH. Part of me thinks that i am so lucky cos if this was 30 years ago i would have been childless for ever. At least in this day and age we get a chance to get preg with DE. It's that hope and focusing on the little positives that help keep me afloat. I hope you can see some light at the end of the tunnel soon. I think it's a great idea to email Im and get a time line for EC. Are you due any holidays soon or time off????Sounds like your job is so stressful too ( as well as studying all the time too) You have so much going on it's no wonder you feel down Honey. Sending much love to you x x I hope todays job at supervising goes better than you were hoping and it's a good day for you. :D Hugs x x

Aunty- how are you doing today? your post yesterday sounded brighter :D more like yourself. I know you mentioned before that you had to pay extra for mortage and that was ivf money used up. but are you planning your next stage towards next ivf.??? will it be this year or next year???
Yep I can't believe how much hoarding DH and i do. seem to keep everthing . I know all the packing is stressful but you will love it when your settled in your new place x x

Js anynews on latest scan and beta levels???

becky Hope you had fun with MIL?

beachbaby nimble karia lara Gill angel how are you all? love to ya and anyone i have missed.

As for me :We had a surprise visit from friends Sat night.. a couple who were in the area for family reasons...and stayed the night. Karen is 5 months preg with 3rd child. It was great to see them and catch up. they left Sun morn for a hill walk in Aviemore ( karen is a fell runner and very fit, suppose you have to be if you want to hill walk at 5 months preg  ). Dh and i then went off to B&Q and all of a sudden i just felt waves of grief hit me. I cried and cried my heart out hanging on to Adam just with all the loss of babies in my life. :( :( A bit embarressing in B&Q but DH was so supportive. funny how it all hits you at certain times. I slept most of the afternoon and did feel better at night. especially when i had a big show of blood so AF ( i hope ) is deffo on her way. Thanks for all the jigging girls.

Barcelona is so near now...DH has taken time off. So we are going away this weekend to visit friends in motorhome (moto) then staying with family. Put Broc in kennels Wed night :? :( which i am not looking forward to 1 little bit. have no other choice though ). And then driving down to Glasgow and flying out on thursday at 12pm to gerona Airport in Barcelona. So will be away from 27th -5th Aug.
ohh hope all goes ok at Im and i can start my tmt soon.

anyways catch ya ll tomorrow

love jenB

Hi everyone! I keep checking in now and again. Waiting to hear about Carolyn and everyone elses updates! STICK BABIES STICK!

I finished up my blood work today (they lost my typing vial...grr) and turned in the rest of my required papers...in New Hampshire they require single women to have someone sign a form saying if something happens to me they will take care of the kid. Sorry but not even the 4 times over MEDICAID moms with kids of 4 different dads have to do this!!! And besides since I haven't told my parents I am going through this, I have a friend who stepped in for me...love her....but I would not expect her to step up before family! Oh well. Rambling now sorry! But I did buy my DS today!!! I got 3 vials. Hoping that is enough to get me through Oct (if need be...though I want a BFP first try of course :D ) They told me if it doesn't work in 3-4 tries, then try a new donor....not to mention if I have no BFP by Oct I need to postpone til June next year. But woooo I can't believe where I am at now! Just keep practising my OP tests and waiting for my yearly exam beginning of Aug then I just wait for AF and poof!!! AARRGHHH So exciting yet crazy!!!!!

Dear All

Sorry to say. D11. Been to loo and spotting has started - AGAIN. 4th time. It is like a really bad movie where I have seen the ending already - too many times. I did not even want to get out of bed today as knew this would happen.

My heart is broken.

Love to you all.
Carolyn

 Oh Carolyn

This is just such crap news, i'm so sorry babe.
No words can say how awful i feel for you. I hope you and dh manage to spend some time together and let yourslf grieve.
I know you continually kept saying you will be heading over to Big B and follow me, Jenb and Gill and you felt this cycle was not meant to be but its still a major blow. Take time to rest and give yourself time to get over this then you will find the strength to try again. God knows where we get the strength but we do from somewhere.
Know that i am here for you anytime if you need a chat or a cry.

Love and lots of hugs

Oh, i feel so crap after Carolyn's news :x

Just wanted to tell you i have sorted out a counsellor, we start on Monday. Go 6 free sessions through my work, which is great.

I emailed the clinic yesterday as i feel we are not involved in the cycle and its just plodding alone nowhere. Anyway then mailed back straight away and said everything is going according to plan and as long as there is no problems with the stimming then we should be looking at ET around the last week in Aug.
I also asked if they could inform us about the quantity of eggs we get. They said that 70% of the ed manage to produce lots of eggs and have frosties, everything crossed we are in that % They dont seem to be worried and assured us its more thatn likely we will have frosties----just praying we dont need them.

Anyway we must be patient and wait----not long now though

Will write to everyone tomorrow, just feel crap now after hearing about poor Carolyn.

Love Jen x

Hi Ladies,

Carolyn, i am so sorry for you, i hope it is just mild spotting and you still have a chance, take care hun.

Jen1d, glad you have finally got the councelling sorted, i hope it helps. I can imaging how helpless you feel over the doner cycle, especially as its happening so far away as weel, although it sounds like all is going well. Hope work is not too crazy, take care.

Shantala, wow i used to live about a mile away from Raynes Park. Glad you liked the clinic, not that you'll need it, sounds very interesting, will have a look for myself. Hope the downreg results were good, not long now for you.

Jen babes, glad everything is sorted for your trip, we flew into Gerona last year, about an hour by bus into Barcelona, very easy we were late in but the bus waited for our flight. I am sure you will have a fantastic time.
I just love Ridgebacks, a freind of ours had one and we used to look after him when they went on Holiday, he was such a softie, walked to heel off the lead but was a nightmare on the lead. We lived in the highlands of Scotland at the time on an estate so no need for leads. have a great trip.

Aunty, hope all is well in the new house, not long now and you'll be able to relax a bit. DH and i have moved so many times we never get chance to hoard, although we are now settled so watch the junk pile up. I know how you feel about an empty house, ours has 4 bedrooms and just us and our 2 cats, although 1 bedroom is now an office.

JS hope all is going well, have you any more news?

Pequele, congrats on getting your dates, sounds like its full steam ahead for you, i wish you well.

To everyone i've missed, sorry i am thinking of you all, just got to get back to work.
