:? Hi

Well still not any further forward.

Dr Rotondo called and we had a good chat. She said the donor is not ready yet but is pleased my lining is responding to the patches and to keep taking them. She said once the donor has her next scan, she doesnt know when yet, then she will call me if she is ready for EC. When she has EC then we will fly over and have ET 2 days later. She is guessing but said its likely it will be next week but cant say when?????????????
Forgot to ask, what if the eggs dont fertilize?

I also asked about the medications after the test. They provide medi for 10 days after ET then we can discuss when we are over there how we want to get more. She said lots of ladies dont buy any at that point just incase of a bfn, but she is prepared to let us buy the medi, get a prescription or get it in our country.

Speak later, have to pop out

Love Jen x

Hi girls...
Wanted to give a big shout out to some "old" friends...

Shantala. 2ww! That is fantastic! Glad to hear you also have frosties. Wishing you the best of luck and I will keep an eye on you.

Welshgirl: glad to see things are moving along for a Sept start.

After a few early posts I have been MIA, but I see you kept me on the list! As you can see by my signature, my #5 was canceled a few days ago for poor response. That was a first for me. Ah well, off to #6 next month.

Good luck to all of you!

AF sounds like a nighmare and ye, what is the black bit all about---------strange girl. I know you are frustrated about having to wait until next month but you can be here to help all of us and keep us goin----the time will fly before you know it

Hi :D

JenB- Thanks hun, I slept much better last night, sorry you are having trouble now too! :(
I started the BC pills on day one of my af.
Hope you are taking it easy and not working too hard now your back in work, you have got a very busy time coming up with the ivf then the bfp and then the being a mummy! Hope you have a better night sleep tonight.x

Nannybear- Glad the bedrest is over, it must have felt like a very long 3 days! how does it feel to be free?

Jen1- Glad you got to speak to a doctor today, Im sure it helped put your mind at rest knowing everything is going well. So close now hun  all you need now is a date so that you can book the flight and hotel and you'll be sorted
I am going to go to my gp tomorrow and ask them if they will prescribe the meds, if they wont on nhs I will ask if they will do a private prescription(more money!) Hope you are not getting too stressed, thinking of you x

Becky- Sorry your daughter is feeling down about her exams, Im sure with hard work in January she will be feeling over the moon :D
Bloody af  , typical woman  Roll on next month it will be here before you know it and then theres nothing to get in your way!
Hope dh gets on with your new pussy!   and I hope the dog does too.

Carolyn- I know you had a busy week in work, I hope you are not working too hard! Hope you are ok and that you had a good night out with your friend. :D

Shantala- How are you doing? still resting I hope. :D

Well, just waiting for af now so I can start the patches, got an email off the IM to tell me to let them know when she comes, I still cant believe that we are about to do this again! :?

Take care everyone
Lots of love

Hi all

Jen everything always takes longer than we think hun...typically. At least you got some info from speaking to doc and ET is next week x x x It will fly by. You gonna book flight and hotel now????

Welshy- sorry to hear about daughters exams...hated being a teen it's was so much stress x x Hope she gets to resit in Jan and get to uni ( if she wants)...Huns sorry ***** of AF is bein so horrible x x Hope next month is easierr for you as tmt will start. x x

Gill- Hi hun...Glad you slept well...am kacked tonight so off to bed soon. Did well though reserches a lot last night and found good flights from Aberdeen . We are nearer Aberdeen ( 1hr 30 mins) than flying from Glasgow pretwick ( where DH parents live) and ( 4 hrs away) so wa worthwhile for us. Tickets are 20pounds return !!!! so could easily just not pay for refundable tickets at et and just take a chance at 40 quid for us both!!!! I know hun you must be excited but with trepidation at going through it all again....BUT hun, this time it is so differant for you..Keep the FAITH..new clinic and both donor E and S :D Keep thinking it's amazing how lucky we are to live in this day and age . 10 years ago this would not be possible... we would be totally childess without FAITH or HOPE in ivf. So hang onto that good stuff hun...IT IS YOUR TIME x x (((HUGS)))

love to everyone else

watching the dog whisperer then off for a bath with a double voddy and tonic with ice mmnnn...then early night x x

much love to everyone

jen
