leah--Where are you from? Just curious. Your doctor's response about the heartbeats is just one I've never heard before, because they can totally measure it before 24 weeks. Most of us were getting to hear heartbeats early on. NOt that it makes a difference in the health of your babies, but it definitely is reassuring. Have you gotten to hear the heartbeats now that you're 5 months? Congrats and good luck! Oh, as for help....maybe your in-laws can help a bit over the weekends or on evenings, so you can get a little break? It's important to give yourself some rest/air/space, even if for only 15 minutes from time to time. I bet they'll be jumping to help!
Laura--Isn't it nice to sleep again?
srlegaspi--I've heard that's fairly common. At my 5 week U/S, we couldn't even see baby B. He ended up keeping up with baby A most of the pregnancy, but now that they're 5 months old, B (my son) weighs less than A (my daughter). Poor fella!

It's so exciting to be getting all these new twin mommies! Yeah!
Di--Happy 5 months to our babies today! Can you believe it?
My two had a rough day at the sitters. They hadn't been there for a couple weeks, since they were sick. Neither of them ate very well for her and fussed quite a bit. I hope that they do better on Friday. It's so hard to leave when they cry....Ellie did not want to see me go...break my heart. Thank goodness Grandma comes tomorrow. No tears, then!
