Stephjim- just reading on the American Pregnancy Assoc site that if fertalization doesn't occur , the egg will dissolve typically in 24 hrs. So you still have a pretty good window...get your surge, then you typically O 24-36 (sometimes 48 depending on who you talk to) hrs after, then you have another 24 hrs after O to get fertalization! So keep up that BDing You aren't outta the woods yet!!! Keeping fingers crossed that it is a natural BFP!!! I LOVE saving money hehehe!

awwww steph -- MO is a cutie pie!!!!!! can i just say that my sis (that i'm very close with) has a doggy named NAPOLEAN!!!!!!! OMG -- TOO FREAKY!! she actually has 2 pugs -- napolean....and then when she got next one - i wanted her to name him dynamite or pedro...ha-ha-ha!! (guess anybody will only get that if they've seen the movie napolean dynamite -- which i happend to LOVE!!!) how you feelin?? you litter growin?????????? i promise, soon as i have high speed and am capable of doing so (cuz i'm sure it will take me some time to figure it out) - i will get some pics posted SOMEWHERE anyway!! oh and for what its worth -- we're supposed to be getting a dump-load of snow here tonight -- weather guys are warning everybody going out on the town for the eve to beware!!!!!

Went for my final us & bw today before ER -- YEAH!!!!! have several follies in there moving right along........ranging in size from 15 to 21 will be taking an "anti-ovulation" drug today and tomorrow to make sure that i don't spontaneously ovulate (thus tossing the cycle right down the drain!!!) will do trigger shot tomorrow night at exactly 10:45pm (don't know if i can stay up that late!!! ha, ha,ha) ER will be on Thursday morning at precisely 10:45 am........my dh will go do his "jack-in-a-cup" thing (his words....not mine!!!! although - i did find it quite amusing that he's finding "humor" in all of this! such a sport he is!!) will get fertilzation report on Friday.....and also a preliminary assessment of when ET will be (either 3, 4 or 5 day.....am SO hoping for 5!!! although, now that i'm sitting here thinking of it -- if we did FOUR - it would still be DH's birthday!!!) we'll see......whatever doc thinks is best......and then ----- are ya ready steph ---- i'll be testing on 1/17!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! test date will not change -- is predicated on ER day, NOT ET day....i confirmed w/ nurse today.....OMG!!!! so close.....everything happening so fast!!

Well -- love ya'll!! I probably will not be back til Wednesday when i return to work.....but i'll be thinkin' of each of you!!!

Angie I grew up showing Pugs too!!! MAN we are too much alike!!! I had a Wesley (he's the one that won me my trip to England many moons ago to show internationally...I couldn't take him of course because of quarentines). I also had a Sebastian and a Jeremy....Napoleon needs to have a Pedro haha...maybe my next animal haha (CERTAINLY not my kid haha). PS I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!! I like your sleeves...they're real big

Hi to everyone i missed

Well we had a quiet new yr i was in bed by 9pm didnt see midnight has has a late night sunday and have been having terrible heartburn so its keeping me up half the night .Had a good shopping day sat we got our moses basket it was half price so couldnt leave it there also we got our buggy and car seat my nan bought that so that was 1 expense we didnt have to find but now worrying a bit that its to early to have i dont have it in my house its up my mams has its suppose to be unlucky to have it i think we are going to start getting the nusery started has have a lot of other peoples stuff here i'm finishing work on the 4th feb taking my 2 weeks hols left then starting maternity leave i know its quiet early but i stand all day when in work and these ankles are getting big and its given my back a bit of jip thank you all for listening to me this last yr and being here for me

Happy Hangover Ladies

Hope u all had a terrific evening - even those of u who were in bed at 9pm (Rachel lol)
We had a party (always do on New Years) the neighbours, friends and family - had a karaoke & a quiz night, what a blast - wasnt going to bed untill 4am this morning, with the house looking like a bomb site - but it was all worth it. We had a fantastic night. No hangover to report either - happy days!

ICSI: Holla lady - ur sounding very 'ripe' lol - i cant belive how quick it has come around for you, not long now and u will also be on the top of the list with a bfp - i feel it in my fingers and i feel it in my toes lol. Hope ur resting up, what did u get up to this New Years Eve? xx

Rachel: If i was in ur shoes, i prob would have been in bed at 9pm too hun - just think of all the celebrations u will have next year - there will be lots to celebrate U sound as if ur getting ready good and proper, u very organised, thats nice to hear. Hi guys! I can'd breaf oudda da left side uv muh head!
Had to work today...but with the 492387935th snow storm of the season and the holiday it was painfully slow! It even took the pizza delivery guy over 2 hrs to get us our pizza cuz he slid into a ditch!

Carolyn- yup 2008 is our year...and it started off so right for you!!! NO HANGOVER!!! Yahoo!!!

Jen- last day of work?? Are you getting a new job like Becks? I'm lost....not hard considering I often need a map!

Becky- your party sounds like a blast ( "house loking like a bomb" and "blast" haha I crack myself up ) And don't you worry bout frettin over your "short" surgery! Surgery is surgery...if they can't cut it off/outta ya while awake then it is major haha. I always need some happy juice before going in! I think my tonsils took like 5 minutes (ok well it seemed like that) but they kept insisting on talking to me once I was in the OR and I kept telling em to hurry up and push the propofol so I'd pass out cuz my sedatives had worn off!! So be sure to ask for your happy stuff AND tell em not to be stingy with it!!! Say hi to Aunty for us! PS I'm addicted to FB! I'm trying to get Angie on there too..once she gets her modern century internet she'll be addicted, too! And Moosey will be cute when he gets to be a big boy, just bigger

So I'm feeling the twinges on BOTH sides at the moment. I honestly can't remember last time I used the clomid as to how far before O'ing did I feel things going on there. I am soooo scared I get my surge this weekend!! I don't mind seeing the start on Sunday morn cuz then I won't go til Monday...but NOOOO surging starting Friday or Saturday...pray pray pray please!!! I'm gonna call the office tomorrow and find out IF it happened would someone be willing to work with my crap schedule.

Yes it's true.....i'm FINALLY heading into the 21st century in that we're finally getting high speed internet at home -- YEAH!!!! is finally available where i live.........can't wait! I am feeling SO bloated today.....my follies were sizes 15-21 on monday.....and here we are 2 days later w/ follies growing 1-2mm/day --- i'm surprised i haven't POPPED NOT that i'm complaining -- no sir!!! just stating the facts!! tomorrow is ER.... and hubby is all excited about his "jack-in-a-cup" performance! (what a jack-a$$ he is!!!) we got dumped on BIG SNOW on new years eve night.....shoveled out in the morning and then snowed more last night -- my wonderful hubby was out shoveling the drive at 4am this morning so that i could get out of driveway ok.....awwwww....

rachel!!!! you ARE going to be at our beck-and-call!!! how lovely of you kidding of course........it does sound nice though - that you'll be able to really spend some quality time w/ sis and mam.... i'd be heading straight for the loony bin if i had to spend that much quality time w/ my mom!!!!! don't get me wrong -- LOVE her dearly, BUT...... so will you be getting paid for your time off??? how does that work over there???? over here --- we pretty much work right up to delivery (assuming everything goes well and you're physically capable of doing so) --- and IF you have to be off BEFORE --- is usually "medical leave of absense" and depending on where you work, and all of your employers rules & regs --- depends on whether or not you'd get any pay during that time..........for ME --- i'd get 100% pay as it would be considered "short term disability" (nice huh?? that a "problem" pregnancy is considered "disabled" -- WTF?????) anyway........after the baby is born - if vaginal delivery, ya get 6 weeks off work for "maternity leave" and if c-section -- ya get 8 weeks off (paid)......so i was just curious if similar over there......

Angie- so why do you get more meds if you have ER tomorrow? Do you take meds after still too? I'm glad hubby dug you out this morning either that or we wouldn't have heard from you for ANOTHER day! UGH Do we not have enough snow already!!! I'm so done with it!!!! I haven't used my food vacuum yet...I need to go grocery shoppin 1st haha. I probably won't go til tomorrow though and depending on how fast I get my butt outta bed and there before work...I may not get to use my vacuum til Friday! It may take me awhile so I don't wanna rush haha. I won't start POAS til tomorrow...that will be cd10, that is early enough.

At least today I can breathe outta both sides of my head yahoooo!!!!! Like I said I will start POAS tomorrow...it SHOULD be too early but I wanna get into practice of course! I don't want to see a surge before Sunday (unless it comes Thurs or Fri morn...then they can get me in before my weekend from hell, but I am still hoping not to go in til Monday!). If I get my + on my POAS on Sat....I'm SCREWED I don't need that stress!!! See I POAS in the morning...if it is positive I call em in the morn and get scheduled to go in the next morn. They said though that if I get it Fri morn they could probably get me in before work Friday afternoon...though I wonder if that would be too early anyways and wasted cycle! Anyways, then if I get it Sat morn, I should have to go in Sun morn...and they don't start before 8...well I have to be at work at 8 and since I'm the only pharmie, I can't tell em I'm gonna be late! Surge SUn morn and I can go in Monday and all is good I asked them about the twinges ( could I have them up to a week before popping, or does it mean I will go earlier?) Yeh their answer was helpful..."uh it could be either" thanks Einstein!

Ok I better get my butt in gear and stop watching Martha Stewart make ravioli since I have ZERO food in my house but I have too much to do here today to run to the store...unless I go really late today...yuck....where is the pool boy when I need him!!!
