Hi Ladies, Happy new year to you all, hope you all had a good time. And the new year and new beginnings are here for all of us. Bring on the BFP's.

Icsi, sorry i missed you but good luck on ER and rest up, can't wait to hear how many embies you get.

Am just watching a programme called my fake baby, and its about women who spend a fortune on lifelike dolls made to order, whighted etc to feel like a real baby, and one women actually goes out shopping with the doll in a pram!!! she has just spent £300 on an outfit for a new doll she is getting from the US that opens its eyes and smiles. Whatever rocks their boat.

Well off to bed now had a busy day, catch up soon.

Jayne- oh that is just PLAIN wrong!!! Does the program talk about the meds these women are on??? It is women like that we see on the news here who have played this game then wind up stealing some kid! I remember in high school doing something similar with a sack of flour but I sure didn't buy it a $300 outfit!!!! I don't even think I'd buy my REAL baby a $300 outfit!!! I don't think I'd buy ME a $300 outfit hahaha

Some people are just whacky...others like me are just plain bored and don't wanna go to the store now that it is minus 12 degrees outside!!!

These women buying these dolls were just mental! I mean, did u see how many prams she had???? Yes the dolls looked real but ffs - can u imagine cooing in the pram in Tesco's only to realise ur cooing over a bit of rubber!! Ive cooed over rubber things in my time - but never baby shaped ones haha!

Ive just searched in google and appart from the kinky real life adult dolls (lol) - this one came up
http://www.reallifedreamlandbabydolls.com/

Bloody amazing what some people will do - i dont think i have actually reached this stage yet - please ladies, u have my permission to shoot me if ever i do

OMG steph -- when you get on a roll, you really out-do yourself!!!!! i am laughing my ass off as i'm going thru your reads!!! we are going to be seriously dangerous once i get HIGH SPEED (a week from this friday.....)b you are such a dork --- you're all "yeah --- 50 prams....btw, what is a pram??" ha, ha, ha, --- can you hear me laughing????? can't wait til i get my high speed -- YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah....as for me saying "i won't be back......." yeah well, you guys are my biggest addiction as i make my way thru this journey and dh has fallen asleep (is 7:30'ish pm where i am currently) -- but in his defense, his little swimmers are just anxious for their big day tomorrow!!!! ha, ha, ha, kidding of course.......although, he has said he rathered enjoyed the viewing materials available the last go 'round --- but didn't so much enjoy the "pleather" recliner......said it made him feel like a porn star!!! LOL!!! i'm all "yeah honey -- how many 50-something porn stars do you know??" ha, ha, ha, ha.........seriously though --- in his defense, he gets up at 3:30am for work --- UGH!!!!!!!! no thank you! AND he was such a dear this morning in shoveling out the drive so that i would have no trouble getting out to go to work --- sometimes i fall in love with him all over again!!! and ya know what's funny --- he doesn't even realize it's the SMALL/STUPID things that get me!

so has anybody read the book "Tuesdays with Morrie"???? OMG.... tear jerker!!! LOVED IT -- but tear jerker.....i'm not so much of a reader, but friend recommended it and i bought it to help w/ my 2ww --- and as it turns out, i've finished it before even GETTING to my 2ww!!! it was really that good.........if anybody is interested -- say the word and i'll ship it off to ya!! (will have to be friday cuz i've kinda got plans for tomorrow)

jayne --- thanks for your thoughts hun, nice to see you out and about!!

beck --- you are SO just as bad as me and steph!!!! can't even believe you once carried on about how i was such a crazy-mad (in the best possible way) woman!!! ha, ha, ha, ha!! WTF are you doing looking up adult baby doll sh*# on the net?????? have you nothing better to do??? ha, ha, ha, ha!! silly girl............hope all goes well w/ your surgery.....when do you start your new job?????????

nims -- been meaning to ask you..........cuz you caught my attention when you said that 10 eggs is what they retrieved from you this last go around --- how many did you guys put back in????????????????????????? we're debating between 2-3..........did 2 last time (bfn) doc willing to do 3 given all my stats......but not more than that.....

ok girls........i'm SERIOUS this time...........i will not be back tonight..... i will however try to pop in tomorrow --- even from my crap dial up at home..........long as i feel ok.......if i'm feeling like ca-ca, then it'll be a no-go......cuz our stupid computer isn't located in best area of the house as it is in basement next to the video game tv....is cold down here --as steph says my ta-ta's are a bit chillus!!! SO....nite-nite........

Angie- I'm snort laughing now hahah. Image I can't wait til you get high speed! But you may also need to buy some gloves, a scarf and a hat cuz you are gonna be in that basement addicted to me Image

or you can get wireless and sit on the couch like me :) We know you are addicted to us...we are like crack...only better for yur health

I promise you ladies, I will only buy my child 1 pram...as soon as I figure out wut the heck a pram is

I can't believe your hubby gets up at 3:30!! That should be illegal! But I agree his swimmer should rest up, although I don't know that the pleather chair would give me sweet dreams if I was a guy, magazine or not...do they play the bow chicka bow wow music in the background to get the true porn star atmosphere? Image

Never read about Morrie...I'm a books with pictures kinda gal myself haha...just kidding. I mean GOSH...Napoleon Dynamite is more my speed, do you think I read?? Besides how can I hang out here if I am reading???

Ok I have to know HOW do they get the eggies out? do they go in though the belly or up yur hoo-ha?

I'm gonna guess everyone is asleep now!

Here's to good thoughts and lots of eggies for Angie tomorrow!!! Image

Ladies, you're killin' me!!!!

Between the real life babies (seriously?!!) and the pleather chair (not to mention everything else), I've nearly peed my pants! I really can't go so long without checking in, it wears me out to catch up!

ICSI/Angie - Image Here's a big follie/egg dance for you! I'll be thinking of you tomorrow, hoping for a bunch of EXCELLENT QUALITY EGGIES!! Looking forward to a good report! Let us know when you decide about the # to transfer. We still haven't decided. I think we're leaning toward just using two with the AH, but who knows.

Steph - sorry to hear you're still under the weather (sick and then the snow too!) Image Here's to a quick recovery AND a hold on the surge until Sunday! I'm clueless about the whole IUI thing - I swear, it took me forever to figure out what the heck POAS was! I felt like a big dummy!

Jayne - I'm so glad the news with the folks went so well! I bet it felt great! And OMG - the fake baby thing has given me the heebie-geebies. Makes my skin crawl. That's just NOT RIGHT. Hope you are feeling good with your little ones growing strong!!

CarolynB - I noticed your ticker too... kept looking for an update. I hope all is going well.

Stephjim - A natural BFP would be absolutely wonderful!!! Keeping you in my prayers for that as well as that crazy cyst/follie to go on it's merry way!

Welshgirl - Glad to hear your party was such a good time! We had a short night, made it to midnight, but not much longer. I had been with the fam for a week (and without dh, so it was good to see him again!) When is your surgery? Did I read that you'll be back on Friday? So is it tomorrow also??! I'll be thinking of you in the case that it is. Let us know how things go.

Rachel & Su - Glad to hear things are still moving along smoothly for both of you :)

Well, it's taken me forever to get through the reads, so it's going to be a real quick update for me. I had my 3rd post-D&C beta today. We're back to negative!! YAY! Now I can sit back and wait for AF and I've got some time to try to get rid of the extra lbs those crazy meds slapped on me! Image

Gotta get some zzz's Here's a boat-load of baby dust for all!! Image

Hello ladies,

Back again after a month of MIA. I haven't been able to catch up on all that I've missed but hope you're all doing well and had a good time during the festive season.

I've been through my cycle, and unfortunately AF showed up the day before test date. I've been in tears and pain since then. But the doc is intent on hurting me more and says I should still go for a blood test. Why do I want to go through that when I know the result?

Well, hope that this new year brings in good news for all of us. Catch up with you soon.

Morning Ladies,

Yes - ive logged on before my surgery  i have to leave to go to the hosp in 25mins so i tht i'd log on to kill time. (And the fact that im crapping myself!!!)

Steph: I cant beleive u dont know what a pram is lol - a pushchair/buggy/carry thingie on wheels for u to push the baby around in lol ....

Image
Thats a pram (altho u can get really older ones that look like this ....
Image
Jayne will be needing one of these ...
Image
Its a double buggy for her twins lol ....
OMG can u imagine needing the next one ....
Image
Im not concerned about the babies or the stroller - im more concerned with the signs behind them - no wonder the poor woman got knocked up LOL

So do u see now - thats what a pram is - come to think of it, do u lot call em strollers.

ICSI: I found that site cos there was a programme on here about women who buy those dolls and use them as real babies, buys clothes for em and prams and take them to the supermarket and the local park - looney tunes if u ask me!!

Anyway ladies, i have to dash :( Will hopefully get back on here 2moro (Its Thursday today) or Sat if im feeling up to it .....
Have fun.....

Becky! Good luck!!!! See ya back here soon! Thanks for the pram thing...yup we call em strollers. That one of the 4 babies CRACKS ME UP!!! OMG that woman should be arrested! Of course if she IS in Dixie (like the bottom sign says...and before you ask, Dixie is the South...and the South tends to get the bad rap for not having the brightest folks in the country  ) to me it explains it all

Angel- sorry AF showed...stupid witch! And stupid doctor! WHY does he still want to kick ya while you're down??? GRRRR

Hope- see you best log on more frequently...AND no vacations allowed or you get TOTALLY lost! And no worries on the POAS...it took me forever to figure it out too....Angie insists that PMA is Positive Mental Attitude, but I constantly find myself thinking Persistant Messed-up Attitude  I hear ya on trying to drop a few pounds...my intent was the same...yeh we all see how THAT went. I still have the goal to get on the treadmill today but I need to get to the grocery store 1st, or I won't need to burn calories cuz have any to take in...:) wouldn't that be nice haha

Ok like I said I am off to buy food....minus 16 degrees outside right now! I sure hope that store is WARM!

ok so I thought I would pop in to catch up as at work and little bored and guessed I would have a min or two - but boy, steph/angie - do you 2 have itchy fingers or trying to get the most posts in one day record!!! So this is going be short and sweet as probably need reread again tonight as I have totally lost the plot with you guys!!

However just quickly - Angie, thinking of you honey and hope you get a bumper crop of eggies today - I only had 2 back in as that is all we are allowed to do over here in the UK - there has to be special circumstances to be allowed to put more than 2 back.

Becks - hope the op goes well - will check back later on you hun

Steph - snow still hasn't arrived - yeeepppeeee so must have gotten lost !! What POAS do you do? Are the ovulation ones??? just wondering what surge you check?

Hey, I also saw that programme last night and it freaked me out so turned over to watch the 1/2 ton woman instead - I like those sort of freaky programmes!! My DH thinks I'm wierd!

Back to the grindstone - sigh - but try and be back later........ xx
