no worries Angie- I won't test any other time than 1st thing in the morning...more concentrated at that time...no way would I try now...except I have been so dehydrated cuz I didn't drink much this weekend so anything is probably is still pretty concentrated. I have no idea if I can hold out much longer, but I can almost betcha that I won't test tomorrow...I don't want to get a BFN then have to spend 8 hrs in hell, damn, work thinking about it all day when I have other buttheads, damn, customers to deal with.

ps aren't the glitters fun!!!

Maybe the UK dropped off the planet???

Hellloooooo anyone out there??? Image

Hi Girls

DONT PEE ON THE STICKS--------STAND BACK AND KEEP WELL AWAY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. HANG IN THERE STEPH AND ANGIE, YOUR DOING SO WELL.

Angel - Know only to well how your feeling but its only natural to feel this way, so dont be hard on yourself. Glad your back and we will keep each other going.

Chriss - you stalking me lol. Dont know whats happened to the Donor girls.

So the patches are on, the scan is booked for the 18th at 3.15pm and i have prov booked one for the 21st at 8.15am just incase i need a second one. The 21st is when we go down to see dh's Dads so i thought it was best to book one for first thing, just incase i need it.

Dont know how i feel about this trip though. I just think we are wasting out time and money to be honest. Our time has come and gone and i just feel we wont ever have a positive. Dont know if it was because i started the patches and know whats ahead but i had a blubber for the first time yesterday morning about how unfair this life has been to us. Then we were at my mums yesterday before work for lunch with all my cousins and i just find it so sad that everyone is talking about their kids and how they look like such and such and we cant get one or ever have that, its been stripped from me and i will never have my own child-----how will i ever get over this?????

Pequele - We go to England on the 22nd for a few days to see dh's Dad then are flying from there town on the 26th to Barcelona then ET on the 28th and back on the 29th. We wwill probably stay for one night with them then back to Scotland on the 30th and then chill for 7 days-------7 days off work, bliss.

Ok wont bore you anymore, need to go and rest as i've been on 7 days shift and got abuse from the kids all days today, thank god i'm off until Thursday.

Love Jen x

gee girls, keep your knickers on - we are here !!!!! Just been busy bee at work and no time to read posts let alone reply.....blimely you impatient lot and then to add to that I had 2 pages to read !!

So where do i start ....... steph its great to have you back, bless, angie she has been missing you all w/end - but then so have we all. Glad you had a great time - but pray do tell - what does scrap booking involve ??? sorry i;m puzzled - don't get me wrong I know what a scrap book is but wondered what could take the whole w/end???

Now, as for the poas - I'm with angie - I didn't want to even do the test on test day as was way too frightened to see the results! There was a girl on here who tested on the day after ET and then every day that followed - so she saw when the trigger shot went and when the pg line started - so cool, but i won't have the nerve - but I guess you didn't have a trigger shot so wouldn't have worked for you anyway....now i'm rambling!!

The cramping signs are good - i got cramping and look at me

Roll on thursday, I can't wait

hey and found a slang saying for your 4 letter word - tom and huck or donald duck, or crispy duck - talking of which - uuummm lovely chinese on saturday - could eat crispy duck all the time and yes, we had a great evening.

Oh I'm so glad that there are others out there who have no control over their language - i get told off all the time by DH!!

Rachel - you poor love - things just not going your way are they - good that you are going off sick - does that not effect your maternity pay though?? Look after yourself - you're tom and dick alot !!

chris - welcome to the looney bin - it won't take long to get use to us - mostly we make sense but other times when we've def lost the plot!

Angel - sorry your down in the dumps which is not surprising but goes without saying, you know where we are and don't worry about having a sad post.

Stephjim - sorry can't help with your decision - I'm an ivf girl through and through - no iui's for me but goodluck with your decision what ever the outcome may be.

Jen - glad to hear everything going to plan - i know its hard to be positive and actually believe something could work for you - but it can honest!

I am totally knackered - keep waking up at some silly hour - actually i should sign on as the US girlies are probably still awake......having nightmares like you never believe (apparently read that is common with pg) and then was so so so horney didn't know what to do with myself - hubby has man flu so no chance of going near him plus the midwife told me to abstain til 12wks - boy haven't felt this randy for years!!

Su is this happening with you??????? Or am i being abnormable???

sorry i know i missed some ladies - but need to eat!!!

nims xx

ps steph - no snow for us ha!

yes, I'm crazy like the rest of you, that's why your thread appealed so much to me. I've been known to speak like a sailor as well, nice to know I don't have to curb it with you guys. Thanks for the welcome, it means so much. Who would have ever thought that a message board would be sooooooo important, but it is. And wow, how fast you replied. Makes me feel loved. Steph, Angie good luck to you both! The POAS thing is a tough one, I'm afraid of them now. One time I got a positive and the next day it was negative... (chemical pregnancy) So I don't go there. I wait for the blood test. I guess like you ISCI, I hang on to the extra couple of days PUPO. Sick, but there is some kinda comfort in that. My story is... I'm a USA girl. I'm 40, turning 41 in March. Yikes! We did some IUI's last year and I got pregnant on the 4th. But... it didn't last. I had a m/c at about 8 weeks. Heard the heartbeat and all. It's been almost a year since I had a miscarriage. Sooooo sad. After the miscarriage, we decided to go to IVF. I've had three BFN doing IVF. The last one was in Dec. My RE says, "Don't give up, be persistent." So we are. We did a natural cycle IUI this month while we wait to begin next IVF cycle. WHy not? Miracles do happen. So now I just wait to see. I'm not calling this an official 2ww, been through that too many times before, if this one works out, it will be a real miracle. So anyway, IVF #4 will begin in a couple of weeks. Thanks so much for welcoming me. It means the world! i'm happy to be here with you all, through the ups and downs. I'm at work right now, gotta run, but I'll be back later. I know you will too. -chriss

Hello Chriss, welcome to the group and the craziness of it all. I am sorry that you have been through what you have, but it is great to hear that you are continuing to try.

To everyone else that knew what was going on with me, I went to the doc today and the cyst was gone!!!!!!!! Thanks for all the AF and Cystbegone dances from everyone. So, I am starting my last around of Clomid w/IUI today and if this does not work, meaning if my follies are good next week and they inseminate and then it does not work, then we will move on to IVF w/ ICSI. Go all the way.

Hope everyone is having a great Monday. Mine started off good.

Talk to you all later.

Stephjim

Nimbs, way to go with the BFP in November. Wow. Nice that you continue to post. I know that you've made good friends here, that's easy to do. It's encouraging for us all to read your posts. Plus, you can fill us in on what to expect. And... good to know that the romance can come back, with all these baby-making efforts, I have to admit that my DH and I are not as "Active" as we used to be. It's just been a bit draining.

Jen1D, you are right, I'm stalking you. I need an active thread like this one. I've gotta be able to relate to my girls. My DH is awesome, but no-one knows the way we do. Hey, try not to get too down about all this crap. Some of us just may take a little longer. Keep the faith. You've done so much don't give up. Eye on the prize girl. (Aren't we supposed to be kicking IVF BUTT? (Remember the eggheads?)

Stephjm (Did I spell that right?) Good luck with the iui, it can work, so don't give up hope yet. I was nervous making the leap from iui to IVF, but I made it there ok. If that's what needs to happen, so be it. You my friend have options and that is a good thing. I think of the people who have no options and I feel grateful that I can keep trying.

To all of you, so happy I found you. Thanks for the welcome! You know I'll be back later. Glad that you all post so much, keeps me sane/insane? whatever. -chriss
