Hi Ladies...Just a quick update. I will catch up with you all in a little bit....just wanted to let you know...that I had a great u/s and b/w appt today.

I am happy to report that everything is looking great! My uterus lining is measuring 10mm. My Estradiol level is a 1549. My next appt is Wednesday. I am looking at ER being on Friday or Saturday. I now have 14 follicles!!!!! That is great for me...and my age. She said my meds are to stay the same. I talked to her about accupuncture and she said that they will come there on the day of embryo transfer. They are closed today...but will talk to them tomorrow about it. She told me the doc doesnt seem to concerned about the nose bleed, that I had last Saturday. I havent had another one since. I am feeling very positive and happy so far.

OK I called Dr. this AM cause DH wanted me too even though I only had a little tiny bit of brown this morning when I wiped. I thought I was ok and so was the baby cause I got sick this AM. Anyway, called Doc. and she says even though your not having any bleeding anymore, I want you to call the office and have them fit you in for an ultrasound today so we can check fetal health because you experienced active bleeding being that it wasn't brown old blood. She also said it may be my body exspelling the embryo that didn't implant. Anyway, I called the office for the ultrasound and they actually had a cancellation so they fit me in. The results were a healthy 9 week embryo (9 weeks today) with heartbeat 180 bpm. THANK GOD and thank you all for your prayers! She also said she could see where the lining had separated and that it should repair itself. She told me to take it easyand I should not worry. I wish she would have told me WHY it separated in the first place. Below is my Jelly bean

washingtonda wrote:Esperanza and Tali -- I am sorry to hear the news. Please don't give up because everybody is different so those BFNs may just fool ya. I will continue to pray for the both of you.

This whole process is a scary mess. You get through one thing and than there is something else. I just went to the bathroom and there is brown when I wipe. This didn't even look like blood maybe just brown urine when I wipe. Has anyone else had this? There is no thickness to it, it's just there. It was dark brown in color so I am hoping that it's just implantation something. I'm not gonna freak out about it as long as it is brown and very light. I will definately keep an eye out on it.
My clinic will not allow me to come in an test early. They said that 18 days is their rule because they want to make sure that all the HCG is out of your system and that they have a certain beta that they like to see at the 18 day mark so Thursday it is. I will not do anymore HPT until Thursday morning.

Schel -- any word yet. Please keep us posted.
Try not to worry yourself, I believe you might have experience implantation bleeding, which sometimes happens around when you would have normally had your period. It's another positive sign that your preggers! What I definately know now is, brown is old and is OK 8) . red and burgundy wine color not always ok and dr. needs to be notified  . Your right to keep an eye on it, and you may want to put on a pantyliner so you can monitor it better. Keep us posted. We are here for you!

Thanks Schel for the advice. I just had more when I wiped but it is dark brown so I think I'll be good.

I am so glad to here that everything is okay with you. I never thought this would be this tough. I almost want to stay home from work the rest of the week just to take it easy until I test so I can make sure I'm not jeopardizing anything while moving about.

I have a office/desk job so I don't need to get up so that helps but I am so concerned. At first I was looking for implantation bleeding and now I'm scared to death. Praying that that is all it is.

When does your clininc release you to your own OBGYN and do you stop going to the clinic after you ar released?
Me, 40 - DH, 47
IVF #1: POSITIVE - Michaela born 9/19/08
IVF #2: Consult on 10/13/09 - Start BCP Dec since clinic will be closed for the Holiday.

If you want to just take it easy for a day or two to make sure everything is cool, just call in sick! You don't have to give a reason.....just think of it as a couple of mental health days that you deserve

As far as my clinic releasing me to my own OBGYN, I was released as soon as I had my 6 week ultrasound with a heartbeat. Because of the shared risk contract I have with my clinic I have to keep them updated on my pregnancy via email, but I don't have any more appointments there.

Schel- Great u/s pic! I can't wait until I can see mine more like yours. I go for another tomorrow, but I don't know if I will be able to see much more yet, but who knows. They say at this stage even a day or two makes a huge difference. I am glad everything is ok with you and your bean.

Washingtonda- My fert. clinic says that after tomorrows appt, 8 wks, I will call to make an appt with my obgyn. They said the obgyn usually only wants to see us once in first trimester and will say see you next trimester. My clinic says they continue to see their patients for a few more weeks, because of everything we have been through. They said most patients feel more comfortable with more frequent u/s in first trimester. I will find out more tomorrow.

Thanks for the responses lady.

CT_Michelle -- Good luck tomorrow.

Schel- The US is awesome. I just can't wait until Thursday so I can get the real results and my Beta numbers.

I plan to take the entire day off Thursday because I don't want to be at work when I get the call.

Neffi211 Yayy! How wonderful that you are going for the 5 day transfer on Thursday! I have 14 so far and am hoping to get 10 fertilized too...so maybe I can also go for a 5 day transfer. I cant believe they havent called you yet, with the fertilization report. I would definetly call them tomorrow. Let us know what they say.

Schel67 I am so glad that everything is going great for you and I love the ultrasound pic!

Magic Magin Good Luck with WW. It is a great program...and a good way to pass the time, till you can get back to baby makin. Hope to see you back real soon.

Washingtonda I cant believe they wont let you come in any earlier. Thursday will be here before you know it though. I am sure there is nothing to worry about. Smile, girl. You are pregnant. Sit back, relax and enjoy it. I know easier said then done.

CT_Michele Cant wait to see your u/s pic and hear how it goes tomorrow.

MLB Happy Belated Birthday. I cant remember if I already told you that. LOL I hope it was a good one.

Tali I take it the result was negative. I am soo sorry. You are such a strong person. I know you will be okay and back at it soon. You have a great PMA.

Esperanza I bet it is too early, yet. Keep up the PMA. I am praying for a BFP for you!

Colesmom You have 17 great embies!? Wow! WTG! I cant wait to hear how the ET goes on Saturday!

Hellokitty I am glad to hear your bladder infection is getting better. I am prone to them...and am sure that I will be getting them in pregnancy, too. I was wondering if anyone has heard if yogurt is good or bad in pregnancy for bladder and yeast infections?

Andnichole Is tomorrow your ET? Good Luck!

Laglenik How are you doing? Are you still looking at ER sometime between 23-25? I am the 25 or 26th now.

Kristen2008, Unexplained, Blondzella? How are you ladies doing??

Pricecake and Tali You are in my thoughts and prayers.

esperanza wrote:Hi Friends,

I'm with you Tali. I had an emotional meltdown yesterday. I cried so much, and today I did some this morning (although I'm feeling much better right now). All of the sudden I had the feeling that I was getting AF. Maybe TMI, but my whitish discharge is starting to become yellowish, and that lead me to think that it will soon become brown...and well, you know the rest.

When I read about WashingtonDA's BFP I convinced dh to take me get a hpt. Well, of course it came out negative. I was so sure it was all over. Even though I am feeling a bit more hopeful today, I'm still expecting the bfn on Friday. DH has been SO, SO, SO supportive...I love him! (heck! at least one of us is not a mess    ). We decided that if, in fact, it is a bfn, we are going ahead with FET right away (we have 8 snow babies waiting for us). My nurse had told me to let her know so she can prepare everything for me before she goes on vacation (she's going on vacation right after my test). I called her this morning to tell her to start preparing all the paper work for me to do FET next month. I'm waiting for her to call me back.

Well, that's my story. Whatever the outcome is, I will still hang in here for anybody interested in continuing in this journey with me.

WashingtonDA--I'm so happy for you. Congrats my dear. See? you didn't need the frozen embies after all!

Luv and baby dust to everyone. Sorry, I'm not in the mood for personals right now. I will do so later.
Try and keep a positive outlook. You know you tested about 4 days earlier than your beta test and if your HCG is low still you might have gotten a false negative. I'll think positive and pray for you. No matter what the outcome there is a reason. God wants what is best for you and answers prayer.
