Hello Ladies --- so nice to see everyone so busy  I do apologize for my absence, but still needing some time as I'm sure you all understand.......I want to thank each and every one of you for your thoughts, your kind words and your prayers........I think of you all each and every day :)

I'm doing OK.......mostly just 'going thru the motions' if that makes sense.....I have NO idea "what next" for us.....not yet anyway -- i'm sure i'll get to that point, just not yet....may take a week, may take 6 months -- i just don't know right now :?: :?: :?: I've redirected all of my energy into LOSING WEIGHT -- something much needed in my life right now... is atleast ONE thing i have COMPLETE control over that i can actually do something about.........i think that's a big part of my problem --- i'm not used to things being "out of my control".....i like having control (just ask my dh!!) and it really messes w/ my mind when something happens like this (bfn) and there is literally NOTHING i could/can do to change the outcome......

I'm out of touch w/ where all of you are in your cycles -- but i wish each of you the VERY BEST OF LUCK and just know that i'll be checking in on you  (as the saying goes -- "baby steps......" first i will come back to read......then hopefully at some point, be able to jump back in full speed ahead!!!)

Thanks again.....you're a wondferful group of ladies and i really feel so very privalged to be a part of such an amazing support network!!!
:-) Angie

Hey Angie hun ....

Lovely t hear from you. Totally understand ur need to refrain from us for a while - who can blame yuh - i want to refrain from me too sometimes lol. Seriously tho - we are here for you when u need us - you are a lovely lady who has so much to give - i really wish u didnt have to go thru all this, my love goes out to u and ur family, know that im thinking about u - take care hun xxxx

Ladies ....

I have a question. A friend of mine is having EC on Friday right, she has been on a short protocol, only been injecting for a week - she has 4 follies (with room for maybe more by Friday) but she has text me and asked me about her DH and weather or not he should - er how can i put this - have a jolly LOL (She used the 'W' word - honest lol) She said the last time he did was last weekend - so i told her that if he was gonna do it (or if she was gonna do it for him - either way i didnt want to go into too much detail u understand lol) that today should be the day as i thought that sperm was to be no more than 3 days old - so - should he or shouldnt he ... please vote below lol ..... really i am serious, she waiting on an anwser - i think he should .....

Nims - Fantastic news about the results. Glad everything is going ok. How are you feeling?
chriss wrote: OK, I read this book called the fertility diet so now I am trying to eat more plant-based protein. I am trying to put more variety in my diet instead of eating the same old things. The book also suggested FULL FAT milk & yogurt. It deals a lot with ovulatory dysfunction, not my issue, but it does say that this diet is good for all people trying to get pregnant. Anyone hear anything like this? Or any other good tips???
Yes I heard that low fat stuff wasn't good for ovultaion. I used it as an excuse to eat chocolate and icecream

Jen - Welcome back. Fantastic news! Been thinking of you loads. Image

Angie - Lovely to hear from you. Totally understand if you need a break. Just remember we are here when you need us and are thinking of you.

Hi lovely ladies. Jen, excellent news! How was all that travel? Sounds like all went well. Fingers crossed for you!

Mia, still waiting to hear from ya.

Lara, thanks for the good wishes. My follies are hanging in there, I'm an oldie, so I don't get LOTS of follies. My first scan was a bit too early to tell much. I go back tomorrow and will definately know more. Hope you get all your MONEY!!!!

Su, how are you feeling mommy??? Yea, good excuses to eat full fat everything!! Yummy.

Becky, the timing sounds right, he should have his fun today. Then his stuff will be fresh for ET on Friday! My re says 2-5 days I think. We usually abstain two to three days before ET.

Great to hear from you ICSI. We know how hard it is. We're thinking of you and missing your silliness. Take care of yourself.

More later. -chriss

Hey Angie no need to apologise for not being around, it is completely understandable - we have all done it from time to time - we do miss you and will ready and waiting when you're ready to jump back in.

Mia - i guess with the time difference, you'll out for the count with legs in the air  Hope the ER goes well, can't wait to hear how many lil eggies you got.

Becky - DH was told to 'clean his pipes' about 3 days before hand, however he hadn't doing much cleaning for a few weeks prior lol, but he had to do it on all of my cycles - so quick, tell her to get him 'cleaning' promptly!!

Su, yep feeling ok - how about you - do you get a cramps at all? Have had them alot today so my anxious radar has gone up again!!
oooohh, I've ordered some maternity clothes brochures today, can't wait as some of the clothes look so nice - did try a pair of jeans on sunday, but were far too big still even when did pull in the elastic - in that in between stage where not showing as pg but not fitting quite into my clothes! Come on bump, hurry up!!!

Rachel - how could they be so stupid and not pay you  must make you mad - lets hope that the woman finally got the msg!!
