I take vaginal supository prometrium (it's a yellow capsul) and I never was told I had to lay down afterward for an amount of time. I take one when I get up and one when I go to sleep. A panty liner is a good idea!TammyS wrote:My instructions were that you do have to lie down afterwards.
I had a very similar episode in my sixth week. NOT FUN AND VERY SCAREY!washingtonda wrote:As for me, I had the scare of my life last night.![]()
I woke up with severe pains in my stomach and I swore it was all over. I couldn't get them to stop. So I wouldn't wake up DH I got up out of bed and I didn't take two good steps and I felt like I needed to use the bathroom.

I was so thankful it wasn't something else.
My DH made chocolate brownies with a cheesecake swirl in it for desert last night and I think the baby paid me back for having that. It knew that wasn't healthy for him/her and that was their way of telling me "don't try that again" (hehehe).
Well today I am doing great but have been really struggling to stay awake at work. I've been going to bed early and by 10:00am I am ready to for a nap. I'ts all good though. I know that the baby(s) are taking what it needs from me right now so I must be there to provide. Wish I could just be at home through all of this because it is so hard to even concentrate on work anymore. Getting so backed up.
