Just checking in to see how my 2WWs are doing. Hope you are keeping strong. I can't tell you to stay away from the evil HPTs when I did them before testing myself. The only thing was that I got BFPs each time so I was overjoyed.

To all of the other Pregger mama's I see that we are all still hanging tough. So glad to see that everthing is going well. :D :D

Esperanza my dear angel, glad to see you're spirits are still up. Can't wait to hear about your FET journey. So glad that you had some left so that the protocol is not as long. I know it will happen for you so please don't give up my 2WW bud! 8) 8) 8)

As for me, I had the scare of my life last night.  I woke up with severe pains in my stomach and I swore it was all over. I couldn't get them to stop. So I wouldn't wake up DH I got up out of bed and I didn't take two good steps and I felt like I needed to use the bathroom.  Sorry if this is TMI but I had diaherria like you wouldn't beleive. All along I had been constipated until than.  It took all but a minute to empty that's how bad it was an after that I felt like a new woman. :D :D I was so thankful it wasn't something else.

My DH made chocolate brownies with a cheesecake swirl in it for desert last night and I think the baby paid me back for having that. It knew that wasn't healthy for him/her and that was their way of telling me "don't try that again" (hehehe).

Well today I am doing great but have been really struggling to stay awake at work. I've been going to bed early and by 10:00am I am ready to for a nap. I'ts all good though. I know that the baby(s) are taking what it needs from me right now so I must be there to provide. Wish I could just be at home through all of this because it is so hard to even concentrate on work anymore. Getting so backed up.

IVF #1: POSITIVE - Michaela born 9/19/08
IVF #2: Consult on 10/13/09 - Start BCP Dec since clinic will be closed for the Holiday.

I take vaginal supository prometrium (it's a yellow capsul) and I never was told I had to lay down afterward for an amount of time. I take one when I get up and one when I go to sleep. A panty liner is a good idea!

I had a very similar episode in my sixth week. NOT FUN AND VERY SCAREY!

Do you know about the foods you need to stay away from because of the bacteria called listeria which can be fatal to yor baby? This site has the basics. However, my doctor tells me I can eat deli lunchmeats if I heat them prior to consuming to kill the bacteria. However, I it's best to stay away from processed foods cuz they really aren't healthy. Organic foods are the best and the way to go it you can afford it

I myself can't wait till next monday (my next Dr.visit) , I am hoping I have another sonagram cuz I haven't been having any pregnancy symptoms. I really really want to see and hear that little heart beat!

Colesmom: I go in for my beta on 02/06 at 7:30AM. I think I am going to POAS on Monday 02/04 though!

Hello everyone!

I had my first appt with my ob this morning and it was amazing! We got to see on u/s what really looked like a baby for the first time. It was no longer a blob, but had a head and arms and legs! Heartbeat was a healthy 175 and we got to see the baby moving. It was so cool. The tech said she saw it move and then zoomed in. She started tapping my belly and saying come one, wake up in there, and next thing you know, it was moving! Absolutely amazing.

The ob office was fantastic. Everyone was so happy for us, and they told us that they understand the needs of patients who have gone through ivf. They said they know we are use to frequent u/s and updates and it is a hard transition going to the ob where each appt is 4 weeks apart. They said I could call and ask for an u/s anytime I need reassurance. I won't see them now for a month, but I will go back to see the clinic 2 more times before that, so i will have more updates to share.

So here is my pic....

Hi ladies. I'm kind of crashing your thread, but I have a question that only you seasoned IVF'ers can answer. I just did my ER today and got 11 eggs! Now DH and I are trying to decide how many to put back. I know I have a few days to contemplate, but I hate making such a decision on such short notice. Can you please tell me if you did a 3d or 5d transfer and how many? I really appreciate the input. And Congratulations to all of you who have gotten back BFP's! :D And sticky vibes to those who are still enduring the dreaded 2ww.

I am officialy tired of 2ww!
I have a test on Fri and cant concentrate on anything! At work it is a total disaster, so I left earlier today. I take a train home, and so I did today, except I got on a wrong one and then taking another train back to downtown and then wait for one to my house took me 3 hrs! I am so angry!!!
I am usually pretty well organized but this last week was
not good.
I cant wait till Fri.

Weezie- I transferred 2 on day 3.

Neffi- as you see I am pretty confused

Esperanza- how are you doing? I started school too, 2 weeks ago, but missed the first week due to resting after transfer. Yesterday I went to a class, I forgot the place, finally after calling my freinds to check online for me, I was 15 mins late, then it turned out I didnt take a pen or paper, so couldnt take notes. total waste of time! I hope to start enjoying school soon again.

Washingtonda- I am glad everything is ok now.

CT_Michelle- lovely pic

TammyS- no bedrest tomorrow, we hope to hear from you

Colesmom, Blondzella- arent you testing soon? How are you ladies?

Hi girls! I wanted to pop on real quick we are having a bad storm so I have to make it quick.

Do any of you that were on BCP remember how long it took you to start AF? Im getting concerned because I stopped them 6 days ago and still nothing... Im hoping it comes soon so it doesn't mess up my february cycle.

Thanks ahead of time!

Mrs. G--

I was on two cycles of BC before IVF....The first, it took 8DAYS! thenit finally came full force. The second cycle, it took 7 days, and I only spotted. It really depends on what pill they have you on..Michele is right, you might not get it all, which is fine, they can check your lining to make sure its okay to start your Feb cycle. I would call them and tell them whats going on. Are you having any symptoms of AF? I didnt have any the sencond time, which is why I thought it might not come at all.

I forgot to ask a question...

Schel and any other pregnant mommies- my ob asked me if I was interested in 1st trimester testing. They said it is just an ultrasound done at the hospital and some blood work done on me and can give risk factors of neurological disorders like downs. Have your ob's discussed it with you and what is your take? I think I am going to do it and hope for good results and then skip over the riskier later optional testing.
