Hi Ladies-

I'm feeling about as good as Steph so I'm gonna make this real short (for me!) BUT, NOOO, I'm feeling not icky because of AF - she STILL hasn't shown. I put a call in to the nurse today because my left ovary felt like it had sticky spikes on it and was trying to burrow itself out of my body.

UGH. And I called LAc - so hopefully he can get me in to stick some needles in me this week!!! Still haven't talked to either, but hopefully tomorrow. If not, I will track them down.

Angie - good to hear from you. we're here when you're ready...

Mia - NINE!! That's fantastic. Can't wait to hear the fertilization report!! Sorry your tummy is icky. Hope dinner stays down!

Steph - hope you have a good day off tomorrow.

Sorry Hope that you aren't feeling too hot! I hope your Lac can do something about AF getting here sooner. SOunds like your cramps might be signaling her arrival..

Hello everyone else .... my AF Still hasnt arrived yet - im still spotting but no full flow - i know she about to show her face tho cos my cramps are really bad - if only she could hold off the full flow untill 2moro night - as then it counts as the following day (after 6 pm i right in thinking AF is classed as the floowing day?) which means it will be my Feb AF - i wonder if i use a cork till then does it still count lol ...

Well im on sick again ladies

i didnt go in yesterday either

im just too dam sick to drive, every bone from my chest down to my toes hurt, i cant move my head without getting giddy and my nose wont stop running, ive got chapped lips and my nose is red and peeling as im blowing so much

Ive had a provisional appt for my next operation on me bum (12th Feb) so work are deff gonna love me, cos i will be off again for at least a week (if not longer) I know im on a 3mth probation, im on my 2nd week and already on sick

i have a feeling they will let me go b4 that so i have already started applying this morning for new jobs lol .... easy come easy go me .....

I went to diet class last night and lost just a lousey 1lb - but - i think its cos AF is around the corner, i always put on when she due - cos i have been really good this week too, i was really disapointed - hopefully it will show off next week and there will be a few moe pounds off!

Hope everyone is well - i cant keep up with u ladies anymore - i log on to find i have to catch up on at least 6 pages, i do try but dont know wot half of u are on about - jepordy and miss world etc - mean ziltch to me (well i know wot Miss World is - just wouldnt watch it lol)

Next time we all on together, maybe we should try the chat room - talk live so to speak lol, i dont think anyone else uses it - mind u, i dont think anyone else uses their threads like we do

Welshgirl- I am so sorry you are sick. It seem like it is going around over here in the states too!! I hate being sick, it is miserable. I hope you start feeling better really soon!!

Mia, Great Job on the eggies!!! So you are starting the Pio shots? Keep rubbing your bum after the shot and it will make it feel better.

Miracle, How are you? I hope the time flies til June for you. I have had to wait for months because of my work schedule and $ and the RE schedule. It sucks but I think I get to go in Feb. The clinic said that they are moving so I have to call them when AF comes to see if they will take me.

Hope, I hope AF shows soon. Im sorry you are having terrible pains

Yep,, I will start another fresh cycle. I am just waiting for AF now and have to call the clinic when she comes to see if they are moving yet or to see if we can start.

What about you? Are you doing fresh or FET in June?

Jackie,

Unfortunatley my DH and I do not have IVF as an option. He has azoospermia, which means no sperm. He doesnt have any in the testicles either, or sperm cells.

SO after a long year of talking and dealing with it, we both still want a baby very much. We have to go through donor IUI. It was a hard decision for both of us, but having a family together is more important. We are both excited to start our treatment.

If you dont mind me asking, why do you need IVF? If it is to personal, I apologize!!

I did...I woke up at 7 to pee and was like nooooo way this is toooo early. So I crawled back in bed and didn't return to life til 10:30!!! DANG I was beat! Although I didn't go to bed as soon as I turned the puter off. I got caught up in that show called Mystery Diagnosis! Goood...better if there was no commercial! I'm sorry you are feeling like crap! I hope it is AF. I seriously wasn't feeling right the whole week before...but um no spikies in my ovary! That doesn't sound pleasant....and I work in hell, I know unpleasant!

Mia what the heck is PIO and why do you need to do a shot?? I don't get this whole IVF thing...you guys are human pincushions! When do you get your fert report? You are gonna put all 9 back right? then you can be on TLC...but of course you couldn't WATCH your life since you don't have cable!

Well to everyone else hi....I slept in today so hopefully that saves you some reading on the boards hehe. I am so excited about my follie check on Monday...of course I don't FEEL anything yet! AF is letting up again like the other day so God only knows what she is gonna do next. I told her to go visit Hope, but we all know she doesn't listen well...AF not Hope haha

Oh girls, i can't take it!!!!! I went in today for sono & bloods and seems like this time around (IVF#4) I don't have many follies. I never have tons... had 10 one time, 8 another. But this time there's only 4 with the slim possibility that two little ones will catch up. That's still only 6 if I'm lucky. I know that to some of you may think that sounds ok, but when you are 40, going on 41... the eggs are old and not as many of them are viable even if they fertilize. remember, I've done this 3 times already. So what to do???? I go back tomorrow to see if the little ones are growing. then we need to decide if we should do IUI this cycle instead. My Re says that we have good chance with IUI considering that is how I got pregnant last year with only 2 eggs at the time. ( I was not on stimms, only a little clomid). DH has sperm problems, so that's another one of the reasons we moved away from IUI and to IVF with ICSI. Plus my egg-age issues. Ugh. I feel pretty sad about the whole thing. Why so few follies this time? RE says that it fluctuates and that's how it is. Each cycle is different. We don't have much insurance moeny left to play around with, so IUI is a much cheaper option. Should we do the IUI and save the insurance for IVF on a cycle where I have more eggs? This sucks!!!! I just want this to work. It's hard to keep my spirits up. I am at work, (teacher) and all I want to do right now is cry. I was really hoping for a better report. Sorry to be a bummer, but I know that you guys understand the whole infertility madness. Cheer me up, please. -chriss
