Mia- isn't that the map they use on the news when they need to report some tragedy about your state? Looks like you copied it from CNN  Hey there was lots of talk about tcc...you're an English teacher and a student, haven't you mastered SKIMMING through your reading assignment yet :P Oh and yup I trigger myself, I'm SURE my doc's office is happy they don't do it!! Nah if they did you can BET it wouldn't be at 3:30 am haha. Do you test by POAS or a blood test? Probably blood test huh besides how romantic is that to POAS on V-day haha.Image

Miracle- no worries, we are all planning on making a trip over there to meet up someday with our kids! So we can go shopping for Burberry then too...while pushing our prams! But damn it we will NOT be visiting the Tips while there...but maybe we can go Wales watching???

Su- Like Mia says check out their website! I can't believe they just jumped into the middle of the story!!! So I hope that by doing the iui on THursday that it will give more than 1 follie a chance? What do you think? Do you remember about your follies on your last cycle?

OMG I took a nap and I still feel run over! I'd love to feel like this when baby is on board :D

will this be your first cycle then? do you plan on monitoring yor cycle? I started out with no meds. Then cycle 2 and 3 used clomid only. #2 I got my bfp. Now try #4 I'm doing clomid with monitoring and a trigger...this is gonna work so I don't know what the next step would be if not haha

Peqe: what do you wanna know about follie size?? I get scans a lot, but I am on meds, so tough to compare. I know my Re waited until the majority of my follies were 18mm before triggering. Are you still up and about or asleep already?? I went with dh to Home Depot and then he went with me to the grocery store. He isn't letting me lift anything :)

Sorry, was in bed by the time you posted.
From what I remember I had 4 follies all between 9mm and 15mm on day 13 then by day 16 two had dissapeared and the other 2 had really taken off to about 22 - 24mm. I've found that on other cycles too, they grow slowly at first then have a huge growth spurt at the end. This was my first cycle with 2 follies and the firs where they got to over 20mm. I'm sure that made a difference.
Hopefully yours will do the same. I'd still be worried about not poas - one cycle I had a natural surge at 18mm. But then my cycles have been really variable, maybe you're more predictable than me. My nurse always said she didn't know what to expect when scanning me (and I'd had about 35 scans by the time I got my BFP  )

Stephjim, only two more sleeps to go. How are you feeling? Did you take time off work last week? Hope it goes well at work. If everyone knows, it will hopefully make things easier for you.

Steph, you sound worried about when you should be doing your trigger. Don't know much about IUI, but when they monitor our follies for IVF, they say that the average should be over 18mm before trigger. So it seems like your RE is giving a chance to the other smaller ones to catch up. Unless I've totally misunderstood, that sound good. You could end up with a litter after all!!!!!

Mia - you have gone quiet after your ET. How are the embies doing? You feeling them well? Good on DH for not letting you lift anything. Hopefully you have an easy schedule this week.

Hope - I sure am intrigued about your work. Hope AF isn't treating you too badly. I was quite crampy for a couple of days but overall not too bad.

Miracle - thanks for the glitter. Hope your glitter dust is making my follies grow.

Jen - How are you babe? How was your firt day back at work? Take it easy.

Where are the others?

I started my stimm injections yesterday. Wasn't too bad. But me thinks me spoke too soon about DH and back rubs. He came home, gave me my injection, ate and started working again. No massage! :(

Question for ladies doing IVF - I just started stimms yesterday, but I can feel twinges and slight cramping on my lower right hand side. Is that anything to do with the medication, or am I already starting to get paranoid?

Hi Angel,

I would say that the cramping and twinges is the medication and I think that we "try" and feel everything that is going on to see if it is working.

Dont worry about it unless you are getting pains.

So excited for you to get going. Good luck to you. I cant wait to start either :D
