Good luck tomorrow Angel.

Jen1D, Hiya hun. I'm sorry you are hurting. Sometimes it just hits, doesn't it? I think time is the only thing that helps it some. I spent all day Friday crying my eyes out. I had to go hide in the bathroom at work(school). Could barely contain myself. Was sooo bummed about my high FSH and another BFN, and the realization that this may not work for us. UGH. This whole "no guarantees" thing is a *****.

The adoption is a guarantee, so hang in there. I know it's not the same, but I can imagine as everyone says, in the end it does not matter if the baby is biological. I believe it. It's just that it's so heartbreaking for us to go thru all this crap to get there. Keep thinking forward. I'm really thinking of you.

Hi everyone, just feeling blue. Haven't wanted to chat in the evenings, I'll come around. I will, it's just gonna take me a little more time.

Gotta run, company just came in the door. Love, to all. Gotta go "ACT" happy. -chriss

Hey guys Jen, sorry you are having such a bad day!! I know that it has to be hard, I can't even imagine. I have to tell you that at least, and I think you told me this, adoption is free over there? Adoption may not even be an option for me for a long time if nothing works because it is more expensive than IVF. I know it has it has to be hard, but try and focus on the positive of the adoption situation and realize that you will definitely get your baby this way.

We love ya and are here for you when you want to talk.

Hello everyone else. Been hanging out with the kids this weekend. Have my neice and nephew over here with the kids and the boys are playing in the tub and the girls are singing with High School Musical Wii game and they were just going the Dance game. My DH is trying to be cool and sing and dance along with him.

My DSD and I had a nonintentional confrontation with DH today about the smoking and she got real dramatic and it was real and stormed off crying and he and I got into it but eventually I convinced him that this was not intentional and that at the time it started he was asking questions of both of us that caused me to bring it up and then Nicole kind of played off of me. But after some yelling and getting mad it is better. He has promised her again that he will try to quit. He of course thinks my motives are all about fertility and they are not, but it is hard to convince him otherwise. So we have had our so called Intervention, and it is now up to him. Nothing more will be said by myself or Nicole.

Well I hope that you guys are online tonight. Hope everyone is feeling good. Steph when do you test? I have 12 more days until Lupron is started. I am ready to get the show on the road.

Steph

ugh --- that doesn't sound like any fun at all stephjim.....curious, how old is dsd??? nicole did you say?? my dss's are 14 & 16 and the 14 yr old is FOREVER on dh about his smoking......in fact, so much that when i was smoking - i wanted to tell him to f*&# off (yes, i know he is a kid and i certainly didn't say that....just trying to paint a pic of how intense the bugging got at times).......anyway.......sorry it had to go down this way --- least your biggest problem with dh is the fact that he smokes..... my dh has recently decided that he's no longer interested in pursuing ivf --- now how great is that???? i'm plunging ahead full steam.....he can go f*&# himself.....literally......cuz as i said awhile back - all i need him for is his little swimmers!!! and bc we have so much $$ vested, let me assure you that he is the kind of man that wouldn't just "not" show up cuz he wasn't willing to participate ---- nope, $$ is just too damn important to him!!!

I agree with you Angie, maybe that is why he does not care about quitting smoking because he knows that they are going to pick out the good ones and he does not have to worry about it. We are paying extra for it so there is no incentive. My DSD is 13 1/2.

That is what I thought we call it a grage sale. Up north I think they call it a yard sale. why do you sell stuff close to your car - like on the side walk?? We sell the stuff in our driveway! (oh I see ICSI is curious as well :) ANd I second that it sucks to watch everyone else drink. We found a great new bar during simms and I haven't been able to "try them out. I just have to taxi dh home. Though he doesn't get plastered thankfully!

ICSI: Sorry dh is being a @#$! I used to bug my mom to no end about her smoking when I was young. I would even throw away her cigs!!!

Steph: Ugh the wait beofre Lupron is a killer. Once I start stimms everything seems to speed up a bit. I am sorry dh is not quitting. I hope he seriously considers it.

Chriss thanks for checking on. Take your time... but just so you know it is tough handling Peqe in the evenings by myself :)

Well I just woke from my 3 hour nap!!! feeling a bit sicky so I will eat something. The weekend is already over boohoo I so enjoy spending time with dh with his new 4 day work week schedule!

stephjim ---- yeah, well for your sake, lets also hope that your RE doesn't disclose or say "surprisingly enough, smoking has little to do w/ swimmers" --- yup, my RE said that to my dh/me in our very first appt when i was naggin at him to stop......we ICSI'd as well -- to the tune of $1500 extra.....HOWEVER -- we got "100% fertilization" (which - we initially thought would be our biggest challenge per doc)....and that even added MORE attitude to my dh about how it wasn't necessary for him to stop.....nice

mia --- you sound so sweet!!!! like pregnancy is suiting you well  gotta tell ya though, if i had a 3 hour nap, i would NOT be sleeping tonight!!! (which is good for steph cuz i think she's in hell til about 10 tonight.....so she'll be excited for somebody to play with!!)

Carolyn...I have NO idea what you just said haha...It is so funny we speak the same language but I basically understood, party, crap, clutter, cars, weather, work (though I refer to it as hell) and dump...I learned that whole tip thing hahaha. Other than that I haven't a clue
