Angie/Miracle- yeh I think my consult was like $400 and it was out of pocket. It certainly is the medical field to get into cuz soooo many insurances don't cover it (and therefore pay the office reduced rates) so they can charge us poor souls a lot more to make up the costs cuz they know we'd pay the price for our summer home to have a kid. BUT I will go with the thought that they do it cuz they like to bring a smile to our face and a baby in our arms ;)

Angie- um excuse me, but your apt is Weds afternoon??? Um yeh I bellieve you have high speed internet now and between THAT and being pissed off at DH, you will have plenty of time to get on here Weds night hehe

Jayne- now when I read the review I can't see, but you have the twins coming? Oh heck I will be able to tell when I go back to the regular view. I wish I had your will power to wait 40 weeks to see what comes out haha....I mean do you guys really think someone like me addicted to pee sticks could wait 40 weeks to find out who is coming out???

Chriss- I know Hope uses accupuncture. I have always wanted to try for my aches and pains. My grandfather did it and he died in 98 at like 86....can you believe how HIP the guy was! And he'd been doing it for years and swore by it! As far as a reputable one, #1 check with your insurance co if they cover some treatments. SOME actually are covering alternative care at a discount. Then #2 if they DO, you would want to get a list from them. If they don't cover it, I know they have to be regulated by some sort of board. Here is a site that may help you out, too. http://www.medicalacupuncture.org/

hi ya all- well no AF this morn! That's a good thing! I'm off today and will be here and there. But for the most part here cuz I want a lazy day :D It is rainy and I don't wanna do ANYTHING

Oh and you know how last night I said my dog kept farting! I actually think it is his BREATH!!! He keeps eating his frozen poops! Oh I dunno I just smelled his breath and it smells like normal dog breath so maybe it was his farts! He was doing it all nite next to my bed. Special!

my other dog (gus) --- she ate her poops......even when they weren't frozen lil treats!!! AND my current dog (murphy) - while he doesn't eat his OWN poops, he thinks all the goose poops (live on the lake -- geese LOVE our lawn!!!) he thinks they leave their special little treats just for him!!!!! he'll clean up the whole lawn if ya let him (EWWWWWWW) -- so we are forever racing to get it picked up before he can have a feast!!!

have to run some errands....be back in awhile

Are you ladies off today too?

MMMM goose poop! Kinda like the almond roccas Napoleon eats outta the cat box! Murray used to til I put her tent in a position where it is too SCARY to get his head in there. Or he was just as bad! He'd leave it all over the floor if he couldn't eat it fast enough then look at me like "what, the cat put it there!"

Angel, thinking of you today. Let us know how it goess.

ICSI, great that you can get in there and get the consult this week. Hope they have good news for you. yes, you are educated and you can see right through any hoopla. So ask good questions. Hope it works out well!

Steph, what does :? mean with reagrd to POAS? Are you pulling a MIa? LEt us have it girl. OH, thanks for accu advice. PS, my DH farts all night. HA, HA.

DH and I decided to go for it although insurance will not cover it. We are going to the Accu lady who is the furthest away but has the best website. She specializes with infertility and works with the office where I have my ER/ET. My clinic has three offices. Two of them we go to for sono and bloods only. The third office is the one where they do the big IVF stuff. ANyway, we are going today at 4:00 for our first consults/treatment. It ia $110.00 for visit for each of us. YIKES. We will probably be going 2x a week each. Worth it if it helps with BABY!

Don't want to go broke trying to have a baby. Looking into DE and that's not covered either. Oh my. Why do most people get to have a baby for free? -chriss

Steph, I can only speak from the one time I was actually pregnant... the POAS didn't show up positive until 2 days after my AF was due. So there's hope for you young lady.
