and no - i'm not off work today.....i'm here -- but is going to be a "down" week for actual "work output" on account of my boss being gone all week (to vegas baby!!!)

i must admit - the ONE nice thing about it being boogar-freezing cold is that i can run out "on my lunch hour" and pick up groceries and leave 'em in car til i get home!!! (and not have to stop AFTER work to do it!!!) gotta love work for getting personal shit done!!!

chriss -- you sound better hun :)

yeah, speaking of ppl having kids that don't even want them --- so i'm just back from the grocery store and i see a "mom" w/ like 6 kids -- all under the age of 5!!!  she looked like a crack whore Image

what do you do miracle?? (for work) i'm a "business support consultant" --- i know, WTF right??? undergrad = accounting, grad = general bus admn.....best way to splain is that i do mostly "audit" type work..... dotting i's and crossing t's......i work in an industry HEAVILY regulated by feds (utility -- gas/electric)

I am at home today with 4 kids 2 5 year olds, 1 7 year old and 1 moody 13 year old. She has already snapped at me but I snapped back and put her in her place. We are trying to make lunch and keep them entertained with it raining outside.

11 more days until Lupron Yay!!!!

Hey girls I am watching my god daughter today (3yrs old) so I can't type much.

Peqe: YOu caould have had late implantation - stop POAS!! How on earth are you supposed to stay positive if you are POAS every second??

Chriss: Yeah I don't want to go broke ttc either, but dh and I decided to do whatever is in our power so that we wouldn't have regrets later thinking if only... chin up sweetie.

Someone on here jinxed me. I forget who said they wouldnt be able to sleep at night if they took a 3 hr nap like me... well I was up until 2am!! ugh. Very sleepless night. Also I am losing weight. I am losing about 1lb every two days?? I have already lost 5lbs since I started theis IVF?? Not sure why...

ok, my gd is talking my ear off and I am ignoring her. I will be back on later :)

hey all

nimble - thanks, glad you like it. yes, wardrobe is starting to look good. mind you, thats all the bigger sizes (like 3-6 and 6-9 months). all the newborn stuff is in the dresser. how you doing?? cant blame you for being fed up with playing taxi....has dh said sorry yet??

pequele - yup, 9 is early for me....god knows what i'll be like when she comes along. although i am a night person so i'm sure i'll be fine if she keeps me up till 5am, the trouble will start when she wakes me at 5am!!   great news that your spotting has stopped. thats a great sign!!!!

icsi - thanks. think you may have missed my "WTF" post to you about your doctor and what an idiot he is. and the fact that we looked at other clinics whilst doing our 2nd cycle. never mind, its so busy on here, i'm not surprised!! lol

pequele and icsi - stop stealing my friends!! :(

jen1d - massive hugs honey. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

wishfull - thanks hun. yes, doing very well thanks. i know i asked this before but whereabouts in uk are you again?? good on you for doing a carboot in this freezing weather. i've been meaning to do one for the last year!!

waitingformia - welcome to facebook! ooohhhh, 25th....not long then! (although i'm sure it doesnt feel like that for you). make sure you post your us picture on facebook! excellent news on your beta!!!

chriss - how you doing hun?? again, apologies for asking that stupid question about ivf. i'm such an idiot. hope you're looking after yourself. xxxx

stephjim - hey hun, pm'ed you back. think i just realised who you are on facebook.....  so sorry!!

miracle - hey hun. how you keeping up??

jayne - glad you're doing ok. yes, you'll definitely have to join facebook. its about time we put a face to your name!!

hi to everyone else.....(su, as i said in my last post, thanks for keeping the list up!! welshbugger - how are you hun??).

as for me, spent over 5 hours in the hospital today    getting myself checked over. i've been getting really dizzy spells, seeing stars and feeling generally quite dreadful (especially yesterday and today) so the community midwife wanted to see me (i phone them this morning). 5 hours later they tell me i'm fine, my blood pressure is a bit low and so are my sugar levels but apart from that i'm fine. i was soooo relieved, let me tell you, but wish they could have told me that after a couple of hours and not 5!!!  anyway, so ended up having the day off work but spending most of it sat in an uncomfortable chair in the waiting room!  so just debating whether or not to have tomorrow off work too as i still dont feel brilliant. i'll wait and see how i feel tomorrow AM i think.

anyone else about or have the american girls gone to bed now?? (not sure what time it is at yours????)

xxxx

no-no silly shantala!! we're BEHIND you in time!! is only about 1:45pm our time (well --- we have different time zones across the US, but no matter how ya figure -- we're behind you guys!!)

sorry you spent the day in hospital :-( but must be a relief that it turned out to be nothing major....and i say STAY HOME tomorrow -- even if you are feeling "ok"......just stay home and relax!!

and finally - no, i didn't miss your post about WTF and my RE.....was very helpful at the moment i was reading it!! sorry i didin't comment, as you said, keeps so busy out here!! (i have a love/hate relationship w/ that!!) i do have appt w/ new clinic this week.....but am also waiting to hear back from current RE -- to see if willing to DISCOUNT any??? if yes, (depending on how much discount.....he charges about $10,000 a pop!!) anyway - if he's willing to discount the cycle, then i may do just ONE more w/ him......if not, then i'll wait to see what new doc has to say.....hell, even if current doc DOES offer discount --- i may LOVE new RE and say to hell w/ current doc!!!
