Kildean- CONGRATULATIONS NEW MOMMY!!!
that is high beta! My highest was 627 at 16dp3dt so yours would be comparable to that one since you had 5dt. I am still praying for twins and I find out in my u/s today! Good luck!
Hoekey - it is hard but try not to worry! I had to go buy maternity pants very soon cause my tummy is huge! I want to find out the sex also! Also hoping for a boy! Better yet - one of each!!!
Mia- I had lots of pain in my left ovary and it took a while for it to go away, I still get weird cramps... don't worry, it is the stimms!

Rio: Thanks - I am trying not to worry :)

Weezie: I ate at 7:30 and then was STARVING by 11:30. I started getting light headed and felt faintish. I eat fine the rest of the day. But yeah I hear you on the taste. Dh and I were cuddling to watch a movie and he asked did you throw up today? my breathe was that bad!!

Kildean: So happt for you hun!! My beta at 13dp5dt was 960, so if it went another two days it prob would have doubled to 1800 or so - so I think you might just have twins, no more! I only get two betas.

Hoekey: Try not to worry until you have a def answer to worry about. Just try to enjoy this time :)

Well I went to Target today and strolled down the baby aisles :) DH and I were talking about which room to use as the nursery and I want to start doing some spring cleaning so he can rearrange some stuff. I think we will use the room that is our offices - it is right next to or bedroom. If it is twins I was thinking about using the enclosed game room cause there would be plenty of room on the floor to play in, but there are no closets...

fun fun fun!!! :)

That's everyone for the warm welcome. It has been a crazy weekend I started blleding on Sunday night and freaked out due to by previous experiences. However the doctor today say's everything is fine and that the bleeding could have been me loosing on twin but the other was visiable gestational sac and yoke sac and measured at 5 weeks 6 days which is exactly how far along I am. We didn't see a heartbeat but the doctor said it was really early. We have another appointment on Monday to look again and hopefully see a heartbeat!!

My husband and I were hoping for twins but are very happy with one and so far no more bleeding.

Hoekey: I know how you feel, but by doctor wasn't very nervous about the bleeding either and you have to be on cloud nine having seen a heartbeat. I can't wait to see one hopefully next week. I guess we will both have singleton's together.

Moonk - I am so glad you got to see one little bean! Sorry about the bleeding sweetie but I am so glad that it stopped! It would be too early to see the heartbeat and I can't wait for your report next week.

My u/s is in 1 hour! Woo-hoo! We are 6weeks and 3 days so I don't know if it will be too early for a heartbeat(s) also, but we are hoping for two, I think everyone here is, and one is a Huge blessing! :D

Gecko- here we go girl! off to our u/s!

riogirl71 Since I had my calculations off I was only 6w3d yesterday for our U/S and the heartbeat was very visable. So, you should be just fine. I can't wait to hear how many you have in there. I thought I was 6w6d, going from my LMP, because we did what I thought was a natural cycle with the FET. But of course the clinic knows more than I do, and the baby measured 6w3d. When they were entering all my info for the U/S they entered a EDD of 10/10/08. Then the nurse left the room and I showed my DH, and he was like, uh oh, I hope we get to see the heartbeat. But just as soon as the RE found the baby the heartbeat was right there too. So, you should be in good shape. I am really pulling for twins for you. GOOD LUCK!!!

Moonk I am so sorry to hear about your bleeding. But the good news is that you still have one little bean in there. I know how you feel, it's kind of a bummer on one hand because we ALL want twins, but we are thrilled for that one that we DO have too. But there is a little sense of loss. The RE thinks that the clot that is in my uterus is probably a twin too that I lost earlier. I bet it is so nerve wracking that you were too early to see a heartbeat, but it looks like you don't have to wait too long to see it. It was heck waiting for that first U/S, but now I guess I am happy that it was late enough to see it for me. I will be anxiousley awaiting your report on Monday. I know that there will be a very strong heartbeat. It is really nice to have someone to have a singleton together with, I'm glad there is one more of us on here. I don't think there will be many more from all the strong betas.

Geckogirl I can't wait to hear your results!!! Come on U/S!!! I am three hours ahead of you and Rio and this wait is just killing me  . Next time you girls need to schedule your U/S in the morning for all of us who are awaiting your news out here on the Midwest and East Coast  !

Mia Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. I know in my heart that we will be okay, but I still worry. I just can't help it  . I have put it in God's hands now and he will take care of us.

I thought you girls left me...

Tammy - How is your blood pressure?

Rio - How did the u/s go?

Me: Does anyone have strange AF-like cramps????
Im now doing progestorone injection every other day instead of every 3 days. I feeling a little under the weather sore throat, runny nose - no coughing. I've drank all the tea & sucked on all the herbal cough drops that I can handle. I need to BARF or something so I atleast feel prego. Other than the fact my belly is getting bigger I feel normal.

Moonk- OMG! You must have been so worried. Isn't it strange how attached we get to our beans at such an early stage. I'm terribly sorry about your loss, but I am thrilled that you still have one beautiful miracle growing inside of you. :D

Wish- I am having pains all over now. I think that they are just my ovaries going back down. And some stretching pains. And my bowels are very large (TMI, I know) but I swear I'm already constipated and the doc even said something about them being large. I swear I thought he didn't say that when he was doing the u/s Saturday. But, when I spoke to my nurse yesterday, she said that was exactly what he said and that can cause pain  So I just monitor my pain. No one knows your body better than yourself. And if it just doesn't feel right, call the RE and ask. Please take care of yourself.

Rio/Gecko- we're waiting.........

:D We saw and heard one very healthy baby with an amazing heartbeat! :D

Ok so we didn't get twins but we are incredibly blessed! The one little bean is super healthy, perfect size, great heartbeat! I am still in shock that I got to hear our baby's heartbeat. I think deep down I knew it was one bean, just like I am pretty sure it is a boy! I even asked the RE when I can try again for #2 (talk about putting the cart in front of the horses! but I am 36 now nd don't want to wait too much for #2) but I am so blessed that we got lucky on #1 IVF, WOW I am still in shock! The other good news is that I get to go off the PIO shots!!!!! He said I can just do suppositories now instead of PIO - no more sore bum for me!!!! We have another u/s in 2 weeks and he said that then the chances of m/c go from 40% now and down to 5% then! WOOOOO-HOOOOO I am so pumped I feel like I just drank 5 cups of coffee!!!! :D
Oh and he said my left ovary was still very swollen with fluid...
I just made an appt with my OB for the 9th week so that we can discuss the Nuchal test!

EDD 10/12/08 :D

CONGRATULATIONS Rio!!!!!! Wow, you got to hear it too?? Did you get a heart rate too?? We could only see ours. No sound effects for us. I'm sorry that it wasn't twins, I know that you were hoping for that. But WOW, a really nice blessing for you. You made me laugh when you talked about asking the nurse when you could try again. DH and I were talking about that at breakfast yesterday after our U/S. He wanted to try again right away and I said that if I could, I would like to wait a year after the birth of this one. I just turned 35 so I will be almost 37 I think. That's starting to get a little scarey  !!

No more PIOs?? You lucky girl. I think I need to call tomorrow and ask about the suppositories. I definitely can't stop yet because of the clot so I think I may want to look into an alternative.

Geckogirl any news yet?

Wishuluck: Is it bright red or is it more brownish, pinkish?? Is it thin and slight or is it heavy with clotting?? Is it enough to soak a liner? Light spotting or brownish discharge is most likely fine. But if you are having really painful cramps and the blood is dark and more fresh looking I would call the Dr. right away and see what they say. If you still don't feel comfortable with their answer go to the E.R. and see what is up. It may help you sleep better. It's probably nothing, or it could be a clot like me or a vanishing twin like Moonk. Keep us posted. I will put you on my prayer list.

I had very bright bleeding just at the end of my 2ww. It only lasted half a day. They think that it was the loss of a twin. I am still very pregnant with a nice single beanie. Good luck.
